Savoca, un pequeño pueblo en la provincia de Messina. Puedes visitar las catacumbas, el bar de terneros donde se filmó en 1972 “El Padrino”, la exitosa película de Francis Ford Coppola.
La última parada es Castelmola, un pueblo famoso por su típico vino de almendras.
Taormina: ubicada a más de 200 metros sobre el nivel del mar, Taormina ofrece una vista increíble del mar y del volcán Etna. La carretera principal que cruza Taormina y Corso Umberto, a los lados del campo encontrará boutiques de lujo, joyerías, tiendas de ropa, tiendas de souvenirs y refinados bares y restaurantes. El monumento más famoso es el teatro griego que data del siglo III a. C., todavía bien reservado hoy en día.

An amazing tour through stunning coastal and mountainous routes to beautiful towns, viewing sites and historical locations. Our guide, Ciccio, was excellent and went to a lot of trouble to get us to the different places in the tour and to explain the places to us. He also took us to an amazing restaurant for a light lunch, Turrisi, in Castelmola. Tried local dishes and drinks suggested by Ciccio. The tour ended at the Duomo in Messina which is beautiful too. Thanks to Ciccio and to the tour company for a fantastic day.

Savoca, Toarmina and Messina tour - we had a fabulous day with Carmello, a young and very friendly driver who was flexible to our needs. We unfortunately could not book via any apps as we are a family of 3, and tours could only be booked for a minimum of 6 people. I reached out via WhatsApp and the owner offered us a car and we ended up having a private tour at a reasonable price. Many thanks to Pellegrino services for accommodating our request and also the special treat that was given to us at the end of the tour. It was a special day.

Everyone in our group of 11 enjoyed this excursion immensely! They sent a van and a sedan for our group. I especially appreciate that they proactively texted me the morning of the excursion to inform the group the exact location of meeting point (I booked through Get Your Guide). Ciccio and his boss coordinated the trip well, driving us around & taking pictures for the group. Very friendly and warm. We highly recommend their service!

Our driver, Francesco met us near the cruise port with a comfortable air conditioned van that could hold 8 guests. From that moment on, we had a perfect day. Francesco, first of all, is an excellent driver. He took us up mountains and down mountains to our various stops, and we were never nervous. He is friendly and knowledgeable, engaging and encouraging. Time flew by on our three stops and before you know it, we were back only a short distance from our ship after a day that we will remember forever and a new friend in Sicily!

Our driver/guide, Francesco, was absolutely fantastic. The itinerary was good and we were given plenty of time in each place. Francesco went above and beyond to make the day memorable and pleasant for us, as well as pointing out places in the towns we would have missed if not for his suggestions. We saw a lot of the Sicily countryside on the journey to the three towns. Our van for 8 people was comfortable and we loved being in a small group. I highly recommend this tour!

Incredible trip with so many memorable moments - the ride up the hill in Savoca, the church carved out of the rock, and Mount Etna in the background. Paolo was very knowledgeable and pointed out many interesting features we wouldn’t have otherwise noticed. Highly recommend!
