Mustafa the guide is very informative and friendly. He explained the local landmarks along the way to each location. Gave us plenty of time and opportunities to take gorgeous pictures. This trip is more than I had expected.
We had an amazing experience from start to finish. Everything was perfectly organized — from airport transfers to our tours in Tangier, Chefchaouen, Tetouan, Akchour, and Asilah. The team was always punctual, professional, and very attentive to our needs. Our driver/guide made the whole journey smooth, informative, and enjoyable, always making sure we were comfortable and had enough time at each stop. The camel ride and the visit to Chefchaouen were definitely highlights for our family. We truly felt well taken care of throughout the entire trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and well-organized experience in northern Morocco!
We waited where the site said to go and they never showed. We left in a taxi and they called 10 minutes later telling us we were at the wrong place. Very unprofessional from start to finish and would not recommend it to anyone. Save yourself some aggrevation and do not book this or anything else, I’m not gonna say from viator yet unless they refuse to refund my money

Our driver was present at the correct meeting point on time, holding a sign with your name and waiting as arranged. According to verified information, you left the meeting point at approximately 9:30 AM and got into a different taxi that was not assigned to you, before the scheduled pickup time. This created the confusion. We attempted to contact you at the scheduled time, and only then it became clear that you had already departed with another driver. We understand that misunderstandings can happen, especially when communication is difficult, but our team followed the agreed plan correctly and was present as scheduled. As your booking was made through Viator, any refund request is handled directly through their platform, where we are ready to provide all supporting evidence if needed. Kind regards.

Despite our last-minute reservation, everything was well organized with clear communication. Mostafa was an excellent driver and guide. He gave a detailed introduction to Morocco and Tangier and made sure we stopped at all the points of interest on the itinerary. He also drove us around Tangier, making the tour both pleasant and informative. Mostafa speaks fluent English, is friendly, patient, and easy to communicate with, and speaks multiple languages. Highly recommended!
