Kyoto Traditional Japanese Dance Workshop with Certificate

Descripción

Small-group workshops led by top-tier instructors of Japanese traditional dance are a rare opportunity, even in Kyoto. Participants can appreciate both the *mai* (graceful, gliding style) and *odori* (energetic, rhythmic style) forms of dance, and even try their hand at a dance routine using a folding fan—an activity that also serves as a fitness workout. A unique feature of the Japanese dance experience at "Sogoo"—a venue offering unparalleled encounters with traditional Japanese culture—is the chance to observe movements derived from the tea ceremony woven into the dance itself.
