Such a beautiful activity do to in Rome! I booked this workshop as my mom's birthday gift and she loved it. The ladies who taught the course were skilled, patient and kind, they made the experience so much fun. They helped us make gorgeous pottery pieces that we're going to keep as a memento of such a special day. The techniques they showed us and helped us learn are going to be useful whenever we're going to work with clay again. It might seem a bit pricey but what you get out of the workshop is totally worth it in my opinion and I strongly recommend the experience!
The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and a very interesting person. It was a very hands on experience -- you really are rowing the boat yourself through the venetian canals. Loved it.
Learning how to shape raw clay, glaze and color it was so fun and therapeutic. Also meeting such lovely artisans, talking to them and learning about their experience added on to the charm of their pottery studio.
A truly unique experience while in Rome. Luisa and her colleagues were very kind and made it a special one. It was fascinating to learn from them about new pottery techniques.
Thenk you so much for your kind review Helene :)
