Puedes visitar las dos ciudades barrocas más distintivas de Sicilia en un solo día. Su arquitectura se caracteriza por la piedra blanca local en Siracusa y la piedra rosa en Noto. Visitarás el centro histórico de Siracusa: Ortigia. Un paseo panorámico le llevará más allá de los lugares emblemáticos de la ciudad, culminando con su Catedral : el antiguo Templo de Apolo y la magnífica plaza barroca en la que se alza. Conocerá en profundidad los orígenes griegos de la ciudad de Siracusa y los testimonios que han sobrevivido hasta nuestros días : el Parque Arqueológico de Neápolis. Acompañado por el guía visitará el Teatro Griego, la Latomia del Paraíso, la Oreja de Dionisio y el Anfiteatro Romano. Volverás al punto de partida al final de la tarde, cansado pero con los ojos llenos de asombro.

Attraverso una passeggiata lungo il Foro italico si raggiungerà la Fonte di Aretusa, una sorgente di acqua dolce che forma una piscina naturale con piante di papiro, situata su un’ampia terrazza che si affaccia sul mare. A seguire, la Cattedrale Tempio d'Apollo e la magnifica piazza barocca in cui sorge. Tempo libero.

An enjoyable trip with a very knowledgeable and interesting guide. Syracuse archaeological park is a bit disappointinng. Noto is one very grand street. It was a very hot day so walking around was tough
Good day out visiting Noto, Ortigia & Syracuse. Would've been nice to have seen more of the Archaeological Park in Syracuse. Too long was spent talking about the Greek Amphitheatre when we could've gone to see other parts of the park. Overall a good day & would recommend.
The tour was very nice and interesting, magnificent places and a very knowledgeable yet quirky guide. It's a shame that the guide who was supposed to give the explanation in Italian at Ortigia and the archaeological park of Syracuse was absent for health reasons, and the substitute gave very brief and improvised explanations!

I would highly recommend this tour. Our guide (Christin, I think) and bus driver (Sebastien) were there to pick us up on time. The bus had air conditioning and was very comfortable. I was incredibly impressed by the vast amount of knowledge our guide had about the region and sights we visited and by how fluent he was in English, French, German, and of course Italian. I would definitely join this tour again.
It was exactly what we wanted to see in both Noto and Syracuse/Ortigia ! What made a huge difference was our superb guide Christy ! He spoke in fluent English, French, German, Italian and was an incredible wealth of knowledge of the historical background to present day life in each location we visited. He was able to correlate the importance and history and importance of these places with other places in Italy and the world. His explanations and knowledge far surpassed our expectations and in fact make us want to return to Sicily to discover other places on this beautiful island ! Thank-you Christy and Sicily Excursions - well planned, well done !
Very nice trip. However, the tour guides had to provide information to the guests in four different languages. That was less enjoyable, thus boring. Two languages are okay, four languages are too much.
The tour guide was almost impossible to follow; he was probably a marathon runner 🏃♂️. Did not take the group into account. No time for photos. With 4 languages, simply too much.

The guide Christy was truly exceptional; she enriched us with all the curiosities and the millennia-old history of these fantastic places (Noto, Syracuse Ortigia). The service was impeccable, the driver Tonino was very professional and punctual. Unfortunately, the time was limited; we would have liked to spend more time exploring Ortigia. But it is fine as it is.
