What you see in the promotional adds is exactly what you get. Tobby was our driver for our trip, he was charismatic , funny and full of knowledge. He made us all feel comfortable, and had us all laughing. The ladies at the front desk are also very kind and friendly. We booked a family pack for the 9:30 departure. Which also gives you an early bird 20% off. So the overall cost was very reasonable. I have already recommended this business to multiple family, friends and co workers. Though I would recommend for my fellow lash extension girls to buy a nice set of goggles. To combat the wind and salt. 😂 We Will be riding the boat again in the summer. It’s a bit fresh in the winter. But it was still highly enjoyable. 5 stars ✨ for all the team.

Toby was great at encouraging all participants (all ages) to join in & have a fabulous time. The safety brief before starting reassured the nervous participants. Highly recommend as all staff were friendly and approachable.

When I first took jet boat rides in NZ I remember them to be really fun as we would skirt the rocks as we navigated shallow rivers. This tour had music that was way too loud, and too much g-force spinning and splashing that my five year old daughter was on the verge of tears and shivering at one point. After awhile the turns also felt tiresome and not fun anymore. It was on the website that there would be splash jackets we could use to keep ourselves drier but they were not available from the reception. There was also another young child that was crying after some of the spins. I think it’s ok for older children or adults but I recommend that you do not bring a young child to this tour.
Great fun, staff were great. Got a bit wetter than expected, thanks to Toby the No.1 jet boat captain.
