With multiple tours departing around the same time, it can occasionally feel a bit busy, and that’s on us to make clearer and smoother. Your feedback helps us tighten up those processes so guests feel guided and relaxed from the very start. Regarding the staggered drop-offs, we understand that can feel a little longer for some guests. We structure it that way to accommodate different return points, but we’re always looking at ways to improve the flow and communication around timing.
