Great Kayak experience! Pablo was my tour guide and he is very knowledgeable and energetic. Guided me on how to paddle! Great time in the water and you get to see the sea lions really close. Good time to unwind.
Definitely worth the price. I was a bit surprised how far we had to paddle (about 3.5 miles round trip; one family of four with two small kids peaced out after about 5 minutes!) and that there was only one cave you could enter. However, I was also surprised at how much I learned about La Jolla and its natural surroundings. It is truly an epic area with incredible natural beauty, rich and good looking people everywhere , and a real positive vibe.
Great short time, and we’re San Diego locals. I’d definitely recommend it if only looking for 90 min of activity. Guides were knowledgeable and nice
It was amazing! I don’t like ‘tours’ but this one was fun and had lots of cool stories and things to see.
Saw seals on the cliff and dolphins at sunset while on the ocean. Props to our guides Sammy and Maddy for making a good tour great!!
We had a great time on the kayak tour. Sammy, our tour guide, was so knowledgeable and friendly. We say lots of sea life, went inside a cave and even had 2 dolphins swim past us.
Me and my fiancé went on the kayak sunset tour and it was soooo pretty! We got lucky that rhe water was crystal clear and got to see inside one of the caves. Our guide Angie was awesome too, told us lots of cool facts about the area! Highly recommend it’s worth every penny
Beth was good. What was disappointing is that they clearly made the decision not to go to the caves way earlier and did not inform us. Once we were in the ocean and after some conversation , she said that in the morning they had injury in the caves and waves are strong so we won’t go to the caves. Of course safety comes first. But they should share that with people once they made the decision . The only reason for my kayak was to go into the caves.
I was not even able to do it because of my age 😭 and it wasn't even mentioned in the page for this event. I had to spend the time to find another place to do it just because of it cuz I really wanted to do it but luckily we got a refund
I had a great time kayaking with my partner and no real issues with the company. The real problem was with Viator. Don’t advise booking thru a third party - when I got to kayaking, they told me Viator oversold their time slots and don’t usually communicate with them until day of on how many slots they have sold. Instead of the cave tour, I ended up just independently kayaking with my partner in the waters but we still would have liked to go on the cave tour instead.
