¿Quieres hacer una caminata pero no sabes qué sendero elegir y no quieres perderte en el bosque? Le facilitamos las cosas llevándolo a un hermoso sendero que no sería fácil de encontrar por su cuenta, y nos aseguraremos de que pase un tiempo libre de estrés, disfrutando de la belleza natural de las Montañas Rocosas. Caminaremos durante 1,5 a 2 horas por las Montañas Rocosas mientras se pone el sol. Veremos hermosas vistas, probablemente veremos algo de vida silvestre, tomaremos algunos refrigerios y descansos para tomar agua, aprenderemos sobre las flores y árboles silvestres, haremos nuevos amigos, haremos algo de ejercicio y respiraremos el aire fresco de la montaña. En los meses de invierno, le proporcionaremos "Yak Traks" que podrá usar en sus zapatos para mejorar la tracción sobre hielo y nieve. La caminata será fácil para las personas en buena forma física, pero puede resultar muy desafiante para las personas que no hacen ejercicio con regularidad y no están acostumbradas a la altitud. La elevación estará entre 6000 y 8000 pies. El tamaño mínimo del grupo es de 2 excursionistas.

Nos encontraremos en la entrada del Origin Hotel Red Rocks y compartiremos coche a una ruta de senderismo a 30 minutos. Siéntase libre de llegar temprano para disfrutar de una comida en su restaurante o ir al otro lado de la calle para Lanzamiento expreso para deliciosas bebidas de café.
Pase por un área llamada Dinosaur Ridge donde se han encontrado fósiles de dinosaurios.
Pasaremos por la entrada del Anfiteatro Red Rocks y podrás verlo a lo lejos.
Pasa por el pueblo de Morrison. Los excursionistas pueden ir a cenar aquí después de la caminata si tienen su propio transporte.
Conduciremos a través de las estribaciones de las Montañas Rocosas y nos adentraremos más en las Montañas Rocosas para realizar la caminata al atardecer. Tenga en cuenta que se trata de las Montañas Rocosas, pero no del Parque Nacional de las Montañas Rocosas (que se encuentra en Estes Park). My kids and I had such a great experience! They are 14 and 16, it was so cool to do this amazing hike with such an informative guide, Matt. They really enjoyed all the facts about plants, rocks, and trees. We loved seeing all the deer in the meadow. Matt had a very sweet and kind assistant Cheryl who shadowed him, they were both so patient with me when I needed little breaks on the inclines. Most of the hike was awesome, I just am out of shape for the inclined areas, but that didn’t take away from how beautiful it was. It was so worth it to see that gorgeous sunset on the top. Matt also made sure to take great family photos of us, and of my teens when they climbed up the big rocks! Amazing memorable experience for this city family :)

We had a wonderful experience with Matt as our guide! He picked us up at our hotel and communicated when he needed to be a little late due to traffic. The hike was great for us and not at all too strenuous. Got some beautiful photos to remember our trip.

Adrienne was very knowledgeable about the area we hiked (Mt Falcon) as well the trees and flowers we saw. I would call this more of a moderate hike for visiting out-of-towners. Beautiful views. But guide provided TMI about personal life when giving her professional experience. And I was very concerned about the grinding brakes and dim headlights on the vehicle that supposedly shuttles larger groups 5-6 times per week up and down steep roads.
Thank you for your review. I’m glad you enjoyed the hike! I wanted to address your comments on the vehicle you rode in—you may not be used to riding in an older Toyota Landcruiser. It is a VERY reliable vehicle, used often on safaris in the jungles in Africa. This specific vehicle does not have LED lights, so they may have seemed dim to you if you are not used to them. The vehicle receives routine maintenance, with a full safety inspection just 4 months ago.
Amazing views! Easy to moderate hike about 3.5 miles. Wear hiking shoes, drink water, dress in layers. Matt was a phenomenal guide! We really enjoyed his laid back and informative nature! A wealth of information!

What an amazing experience. Our tour guide was very thoughtful and did such an amazing job of pointing out some really cool features such as the juniper bushes, sage and other very cool plants. The scenery is stunning. Couldn’t have asked for a better evening hike.
