We had a wonderful experience visiting this unique rainforest. Since it is never sure, what animals you will encounter, we were very excited seeing cuscus, tarcius, hornbills and sulawesi maquaces. Our guide Fandj being so humble doing are great job in that, providing good information about the ecosystem. There were not only highlights in fauna, at the end of the hike he showed us a magnificent ebony tree. Being so rare, i visited several rainforests worldwide and never saw one, being locally extinct so often. Tired after the hike, we looked back at a fantastic experience showing us of how grand nature is.
Guide does not speak good English, rest is fine, but does not worth the money. Price quality is low. I booked another safari tour, it is way better.
Ana our guide at Tangkoko was amazing. We saw 5 of 7 of the must sees in 4 hours. Easy pace which was good as it was rainy season so wear good trekking hikers. Chaguar was our guide from Manado and he is most excellent with lots of history about the area to share during the one plus hour ride to Tangkoko. Highly recommend this trip.
Lasting memories: our first TARSIERS...... often with family!! A few monkeys, a Kalaos and its young, and fortunately no Mygales lolll
I was totally exhausted trying to find a guide that does not over charge On internet, one day tour could cost you from 100,000 Rupiah to 900,000 Rupiah We finally found a homestay that offers their inhouse guide for only 100,000 Rupiah per person and honestly there is no difference It is a once in a lifetime visit so I would give it 5 star
When we Start to see the animals. The guide was very Nice. The lunch was great. My douther love it, to see the animals so close of her.
Beautiful NP with lots of black macaques, ghost animals and the rare cuscus. Definitely do with a good guide.
Steri, a tour ranger from the Solitude Lembeh Resort, led us through the jungle. We saw the macaques with the big eyes and also hit a big, scary tarantula. A nice excursion
Daily tour to for visiting tangkoko nature reserve /nationalpark. to visit this place posible for daily trip or you can stay near the park . for oneday tour you can see small carnivor mongkey called tarzier spectrum ,black macaques nigra,hornbill and others animals .this place very easy to visit. manytime i guided tourist to this place as tour leader but sometime i go alone or with my family or friends to visited place. if you need to make you must have good camera. but black tailes mongkey and tarzier posible with mobile phone. but birds need normal Camera. nice flora and fauna . this just information can i share for you. make sure you have good good tour leader to visit this place. entrance fee rp 100 000 pp holiday rp 150 000 pp ranger fee rp 100 000 pp longtrip rp 200 000 pp this only information from guidejotje lala Whatsapp +6281340310671
