The activity was a lot of fun. I was a bit nervous but Greg and his son were amazing. They explained everything and made the entire experience enjoyable. It was really amazing to be under the water with the fish in the beautiful Bermuda waters. I highly recommend it.

This was the most amazing experience. Greg and Ben are hysterical. Greg showed us all about the underwater life. Fish were beautiful. It was so much fun interacting with them. If you are in Bermuda book this. You will not be disappointed.

Lovely father-son team carrying on a family legacy - was cool to hear that it started mid 1900s with the first ever version of this kind of helmet. They know their stuff inside out/upside down which made us really feel at ease even though we were both really nervous at first. They were so careful to make sure everyone was comfortable in the water and with the helmet on, and that everyone could see everything. Just lovely. Plus they had some really cool tools and systems and ways of communicating while under water so that we all knew what we were looking at. They really put their heart into it. Genuinely lovely, passionate people. So worth it and would totally recommend the time and money spent. Thanks Greg and Ben 🩷🩷

This is a very unique experience that you will definitely enjoy. You need water shoes, preferably closed toe because the ocean floor is rough. Pack drinks and snacks. You will be under water for about 30 minutes in a group of about 5 people, but you will be waiting on the boat while other groups are diving.

Gotta give this a low score. The gentleman that is the captain of the boat was explaining the procedures of the dive he went off into a rant about 9/11 being an inside job, also covid. He asked a question to the group about the difference between the Old & New Testament's of the Bible. He said at least 10 times how he controls our air. It made me extremely uncomfortable, & I lost confidence & trust of the man. I reneged on doing the dive. I will say his son who was operating the boat was very knowledgeable & we had a great conversation about his living in Bermuda & the differences between there & the United States. I still paid my full fair..

We have just done a helmet dive with Hartleys in Bermuda and it was brilliant, Greg was really interesting and engaging and made the dive really fun and enjoyable. We saw lots of interesting fish and coral and Ben kindly uploaded the photos taken of us under the sea to our phone on the journey back so we could see them straight away, which was great. Helmet diving is much more interactive than snorkelling as you get closer to the sea life, we would definitely recommend it to anyone. We actually did a helmet dive in 1990 with Hartleys in the Bahama's ( Gregs Brother ) and it was really lovely to do it again and was even more enjoyable the second time :)

Fantastic tour - a MUST!!!! This is hands down the first tour you should be doing before any others!

The father/son company arrived on time as described. I was nervous about how the helmets would go on. You make your way down the ladder in about 12 foot of water. When you feel the weight of the helmet go onto your shoulders you continue down the ladder, under the water. Super simple. No change in breathing or anything. The son stays on top and monitors the air and the father goes under with you and shows you the fish and coral while pointing to words in a stick to identify the species. Very informative and enjoyable. I paid the extra $50 for my husband and I to have the photos. They were put directly onto my phone which was super nice. Hard to believe that fish actually allow you to hold them, but they do. We held a snapper.

An incredible experience! A father & son team who are totally organized & made sure we had an experience we will never forget. Very easy to do, felt completely safe and absolutely amazing to walk along the coral reefs, touch the fish. We were in total awe & highly recommend this experience!!
