Stonehenge, Castillo de Windsor y Baño desde Londres

The driver and guide were knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. It was exactly what I expected. No surprises. Good customer service. The Windsor Castle entrance and exit proceedures and facilities are crowded and chaotic. It would be easy for members of the tour to get lost and miss the return to the bus. But, our guide was expert. She had the routine down. She gave us instructions multiple times and pointed out key landmarks clearly and with intention. She could not have managed that better. For me, Bath was not beautiful like I expected. But, that's between me and Bath, not the tour company. I would recommend this tour without any reservation.

We were left on our own at Windsor Castle with no directions and no clear directions on how to get back to the bus to continue our trip to Stonehenge. After asking about 10 different people how to get back to the Coach Drop-off and pickup, we were left behind and had to find our own way back to our Hotel in London. When we called customer service, they said we were out of luck and could not get a refund. We book this trip to be guided not left to find our own way and get left behind....

Great, informative, fun experience. Our tour guide Simon is funny, knowledgeable, helpful, nice. Our driver Lucian is nice, and patient. Both worked together as a team to make the tour pleasurable.

Albeit we take full responsibility for missing a timeline (by 5 minutes), I must say this is the first time we, as travelers, have been late returning to the bus and the bus was gone. Not departing the parking lot…gone! This tour included 3 stops with the first being at Windsor Castle. The timeline for this stop was just about 2 hours. A 10-15 minute walk from parking to the castle. We waited in line ~ 20 minutes to enter the castle and had to plan for a 10-15 minute walk back to the bus. All said that leaves just about an hour to get through the castle without a guided tour and about 300 other guests. Quite a feat and we did our best to meet the time and head back. Unfortunately we missed our bus and the remainder of the tour events (Bath and Stonehenge). As a family we made the best of the day returning to the castle to spend more time and walking through the town of Windsor. We returned to London via the tube - another great opportunity. The cost was hefty to only get to one location. Please add timeline of travel (limited timeframe for an anticipated 10-12 hour day) to the information page for travelers to be fully aware.

Easy to book and easy pickup. Guide Pablo was entertaining and friendly. Our main complaint was the schedule. You spend 8 hours in the bus and only 4 hours at the three different stops - Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, and Bath. Not nearly enough time at any, and with the rushed timing at the stops there is no opportunity to get food. They really need to extend the tour time or just do 2 destinations instead of 3 because the ratio of travel time to visit time makes everything feel unpleasantly rushed.

Our guide Pablo was great and very friendly and knoplehdable. However, the tour is quite long and you need to rush, specially in the Windsor Castle. Our driver Chris was also a careful driver.

This is truly a “taster” experience. Because of the distance you are rushed through each stop for the long drive to the next. Very comfortable coach with air conditioning and Wi-Fi (watch did not work on our day). Simon the tour guide was amazing
