Great experience. Comfortable vehicle and Andy (the guide), and Antonio (the driver) did a great job!
Stonehenge time was just enough to walk around the henge while listening to the audio guide and taking pictures. And grab something to eat on the road. Bath is a more generous time allowance, which is good because the City of Bath is nice to walk around as well. Just enough time to get a general feel of the busiest part of town. Both sites seemed to be on the more crowded side, expected of heritage sites. Drive was also nice; our tour guide Ales gave us brief overviews and little fun facts about the places we passed nearing the sites. It's a great choice for hitting these major sites on a time crunch.
Our guide, Ales was great and entertaining. Good driving by our driver Jerome.
Very engaging interaction with Ales. He is knowledgeable of the history of stonehenge and of course Bath. While heading back to London he took the coach on a nice small scenic route including the smallest village of Pennsylvania in UK! Can recommend .
Had a pleasant experience with the tour guide. Also the bus driver was good and he drove well.
Richard (guide) and Desmond (driver) were fantastic! Kept us on time and informed. Had driven there 30 years ago. Taking a van tour with 10 new friends is the way to go.
We really enjoyed our tour to Stonehenge. Thank to our guide Mike for his detailed excursion!
I really enjoyed the tour to Stonehenge and Bath with our guide Ales. The day was planned with good timing and everything was super chill.
The places were very nice, but the time feels too short to enjoy. Ales, the tour guide, gave us lots of information and facts about Stonehenge and Bath. The only thing Anderson tours needs to improve is the smell in the coach since tourists spend many hours inside. Everytime someone opened the toilet door, it was impossible to breathe.
Yesterday, our family joined this day tour with Russell and our driver, Desmond, and what a fantastic experience it was. Absolutely fabulous — a spiffingly good time, hey Russell! Thank you both for such a wonderful day and for creating memories our family will never forget. The timing of the day was spot on. We expected the locations to be busy given it was a beautiful summer weekend, and while we would have loved a little more time in Bath, it was a day trip after all. The three hours we had there gave us plenty of time to explore, soak up the atmosphere, and enjoy this beautiful city. And for us Aussies, the weather was perfect — warm, but definitely not too hot! Russell’s knowledge of the areas, combined with his classic British commentary, made the journey just as enjoyable as the destinations themselves. We’ll admit that at the very start we thought, “Oh no… is this guy ever going to stop talking?” But after a few microphone breaks, we found ourselves looking forward to hearing more. The stories, anecdotes, playlists, local insights, and rounds of “Spot the Lie” were all hilarious and added so much to the experience. We are big Queen and Fleetwood Mac fans, so that helped too. Our only regret of the day was forgetting to carry some cash for a tip. Russell and Desmond were fantastic, and we felt terrible when we realised there were no EFT/card options available. So come prepared — they certainly earn it. A final huge thank you to both Russell and Desmond for a thoroughly enjoyable day. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to visit Stonehenge and Bath while being entertained every step of the way. 10/10 — spiffingly good! 😆 And no, jam always first on scones, didn’t know this was “the Cornish way”, sorry Devon peeps ☺️🇬🇧
