This tour was exceptional! We were incredibly lucky with the weather and had sun all day. There were only 2 of us plus our wonderful guide which made the day even better. We had fantastic views of the stunning Fjords and mountains as well as the beautiful beaches on Sommarøy. Mostly the only people at each of the stops. Also saw lots of Reindeer. Linda, our wonderful tour guide, was very kind and friendly and let us go at our own pace. She was extremely knowledgeable about the areas and scenery as well as the history and culture and made the day very enjoyable. Lunch at the Sommarøy Arctic Hotel to finish it off was delicious too. Would highly recommend this tour and company and will definitely book again on return to Tromso for tours.

This was a really excellent tour led by a guide who grew up in, and had extensive knowledge of, the area and was extremely engaging. He welcomed any questions and clearly had taken time to show us the highlights. I went solo and there was just another couple on the tour, so it was great to have a small group. We had a nice lunch and were not hurried at any stage. I looked into many similar tours, some of which were quite a bit cheaper, but was very glad I booked this one. Would highly recommend.
This tour gives you fantastic views of the beautiful fjords and mountains. We had a terrific tour guide named Linda. She was very friendly and kind. She was knowledgeable about the area, history, culture and scenery. She made our trip especially enjoyable and memorable. We ate a tasty lunch at the Sommeroy hotel restaurant and it was delicious. It was a great day!!
An unforgettable day in Tromsø! Within one day, we experienced so many beautiful sides of Norway: free-roaming reindeer, breathtaking fjords, impressive waterfalls, snow-covered mountains, and dreamlike beaches. The water was a bit too cold for swimming – but our feet had to go in for a moment anyway. 😉 Another highlight was the hike across the bridge to Sommarøy as well as the delicious lunch with really good reindeer burgers. Our guide Erik planned the day perfectly. He took us to the most beautiful places and always exactly when there were hardly any other people there. This allowed us to enjoy the landscape in peace and take fantastic photos. We can recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience the impressive nature around Tromsø in just one day!
Excellent tour. Guide, Eric, was extremely knowledgeable about the area. The small size of the group gave him latitude to cater to our preferences. Lunch was excellent and the Mercedes van was very comfortable.
Beautiful tour and great scenery. Comfortable and personalized tour and Leo (our tour guide) was excellent. I highly recommend it.
Eric was amazing! Told us lots of stories about the area! We saw Reindeer up close, Eider ducks, lots of gulls and endless beauty!
The company Life Adventure did not cancel the tour despite the fact that only two guests signed up. It provided a very comfortable and tidy Mercedes Benz van with a vibrant driver and tour guide Linda. Lunch with non-alcoholic drink was included (menu options) in a comfortable restaurant at Sommeroy Arctic Hotel. Linda is a careful and smooth driver, who never rushed us to see the many points of interest.
Despite the bad weather we had at the start the tour was fantastic! Loved having a small group of just myself and my dad and one other couple. The tour guide, Fabian was amazing, gave us plenty of interesting facts and stories. All the stops provided different landscapes and most of them we were the only ones there which made it even better. Lunch was provided at a hotel where you could choose off the menu. I recommend the reindeer burger.
