Guides were awesome and river was beautiful. Water is a little cold but wet suit they give covers you well!! Felt safe and secure. Would recommend 10/10. The drive to the rafting location from lake bled is also unbeatable.
Great experience, with children aged 12 and 9
The experience was fun and overall positive! At the beginning, the preparation part seemed a bit confusing to us; furthermore, after paying in advance, we had the unpleasant surprise of having to pay another €21 each for the river tax, something that was not at all clear from the website. There were also really a lot of rafts during the trip on the river, so at times we had to wait or slow down, but all in all the experience was very beautiful, and it also lasted quite a while. The photo situation was also a bit unclear; on the ticket it said €6, then instead we paid 18 to receive the link.
We had a great time on the raft going down the gorge. The water was crystal clear. It was even though the water level was reasonably low. We went in peak summer. The guide looked after us well. It was well organised with easy parking and transfer to and from the water.
Fun experience, good organization. The route was quite long and the swims in the Soca were very pleasant.
It’s so much fun, the raft guide ensures you all have a great time, no matter what age (we were two adults and three teens) jumping in, floating/ swimming, paddling together, dipping into the water backwards from the raft, slides, turns and tricks and felt extreme even though water levels are low! It’s a great experience, not to be missed if able to get to soca. Well organised and thorough with safety.
Fun experience for the whole family. Competent, personable, and engaging guide. Very organized, they provide all the equipment at the start, and you can put on the wetsuits at the facility. On very hot days, you don't need to wear it; a swimsuit is sufficient. Upon arrival, it is necessary to pay the river tax. Recommended.
Was the first time but the friendly , experienced guide has guided us excellently. Even though the water was on the low side it was a nice one with some stops where we could slide or jump off a rock. Definitely recommended to book with these people. The pictures are also very nice and give a nice memento of the trip.
Great fun! Lovely guide, fantastic experience from start to finish
I’d actually like to give it 4.5 stars because four is too few but five is too many. Reason: The tour was nice, though a bit quiet in some spots - probably due to the current water level. It was really great that we could jump into the water from a 6-meter cliff and slide into the water from a boat once. We also had two chances along the way to take a quick dip. The wetsuits were pretty worn out, though, I have to say. Handing them out was quick and easy, but I hardly saw anyone without a hole somewhere in their wetsuit. My shoes also had small holes on the sides (not a big deal, but it does keep me from giving a five-star rating). The shuttle buses had seen better days, too (again, not terrible - you still feel comfortable). A big plus goes to our guide. I think his name was Shorty. He really went out of his way and was enthusiastic. His instructions were clear, and it was easy to chat with him (everyone speaks English, too). The whole trip was really fun. I’m just not giving it a full five stars for the reasons mentioned. 4.5 would be perfect, but unfortunately you can’t give that here. I’d still recommend it - it was a nice 2.5 hours :)
