Paco was an amazing guide; he helped my wife w/ the snorkeling since it was a bit deeper water than expected, and we felt very comfortable and safe with his experience and efforts. The snacks, equipment, and above all his expertise were all very much appreciated and made for a wonderful morning at Chileno Beach (aka Playa Chileno). The transportation was on time (or even a little early), and I don't think we could have asked for a better time. The fish visible while snorkeling made for an incredible view.

Fernando and Paco were excellent guides: friendly, attentive, and always nearby and ready to help. This was especially valuable while traveling with kids. We would also greatly appreciate it if the GoPro footage could be shared with us so we can keep those wonderful memories of the experience.

This was the most amazing snorkeling I’ve ever done. We saw TONS of fish and 3 sea turtles. It was beautiful and our guide Fernando was the best!! This is top notch and they picked us up from our hotel. I would do it again 10 times over!

He showed us where to go and we saw lots of fish. I have difficulty getting in and out of the water at the beach. He was very helpful. A very enjoyable experience.

We had a fantastic time hanging out on the beach and snorkeling at Chileno Bay. Our driver, Sasha, was right on time and so friendly. It took about 20 minutes to get to the beach, which had showers, nice restrooms, and a boardwalk down to the beach. Our guides, Ruben and Pablo were so friendly and attentive the whole time. They had beach chairs and umbrellas set up and they helped get us set for snorkeling and helped get us out past the waves (we had to book the afternoon slot because of when our cruise arrived). Ruben showed us to the nice spots, and even took go-pro videos of our snorkeling outing so I could just be in the moment and enjoy. He even took great care of my mother in-law when she got a little sick after swallowing some sea water. We did a couple other excursions during our time in Mexico and True Baja was by far the best in terms of customer service, communication, and just great vibes. I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again. Thank you Sasha, Ruben, and Pablo! My family had a wonderful time.

We had an absolutely amazing snorkeling trip—truly unforgettable. The amount of marine life we saw was incredible, from vibrant schools of fish to even spotting sharks, which made the experience that much more thrilling. Everything was perfect from start to finish. What made it even more special was how private it felt—just me and my girlfriend, with no crowds at all. Josue was an amazing host, attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend this experience if you’re looking for something unique and memorable.

We had already done the whale watching tour with True Baja and were very impressed by their fantastic team, so we decided to book this snorkeling tour as well, hoping to see some turtles. Unfortunately that wish did not come true, but the tour was still, as we had already experienced, excellently organized. Our guide Pablo was very friendly and attentive and took great care of us. Between the snorkeling sessions he provided us with delicious fruit, granola bars, and drinks at a lovingly arranged beach spot with beach chairs and umbrellas. While snorkeling, he guided us using a rescue ring, which provided extra safety for our youngest child in addition to the life vest. We saw many fish, swam through entire schools of them, and even spotted a sea snake and a trumpetfish. Unfortunately, we didn’t see anything truly extraordinary, but that’s simply the nature of these kinds of tours—you can never predict what you will encounter in the ocean. That’s always part of the risk. However, when it comes to the service and organization of True Baja, there was absolutely nothing to complain about.

Everything was excellent!! From the booking process, communication before the tour and during the tour. They passed us to the hotel, units in excellent condition and very punctual!! We arrived at the beach the Chilean and there was Paco (our guide), a very attentive and helpful boy. They had a set up with EVERYTHING. Beach chairs, umbrellas, vests, fins, etc. When we were already at sea, Paco always kept an eye out for us in terms of safety and warning us where there were more fish banks to admire!! He also helped us record with the GoPro. At the end of the experience inside the sea.... we were offered fresh fruit platters, granolas, bottled water, and beer... everything perfectly tidy and clean!! Then we were given the opportunity to rest and relax on the beach to enjoy. Paco always showed respect to us and our daughters, that is appreciated! We would definitely hire this company again!!

Snorkeling at Chilean Bay was so much fun. My husband and I went twice we enjoyed it so much. Paco was a great guide and made sure that we were comfortable from start to finish. We saw tons of fish, a turtle, an eagle ray, trumpet fish and moray eels to name a few and right off the beach among the rocks and coral. definitely would recommend.

We signed up because we didn't want to do one of those large groups where they dump people in the middle of the sea. As beginners, we just wanted to be near the beach and see some colorful fish. However, this trip far exceeded our expectations. We were not only taught how to use the equipment properly for the first time, but we were also guided by Joshua, an experienced guide, to areas with the most amazing-looking sea creatures.
