Snorkel a El Cielo en Embarcación Privada

The private boat and the crew for our El Cielo snorkel trip were top notch. The food prepared for us was delicious, but the quantity was a bit lacking for 8 hungry adults. The biggest drawback was the strict 4 hour time limit. Because our Royal Caribbean cruise was docked for the entire day, the short excursion time made the experience feel rushed. The company should really consider offering 6 or 8 hour booking packages for visitors who have the time to spare. We loved the staff and the food quality, but we recommend they increase the portion sizes and offer longer durations to make this a flawless excursion.

This is a great trip!! Carlos is a fantastic skipper, and Jessica is amazing! They made the whole experience so wonderful. Saw lots of turtles, stingrays and starfish. So much better doing a private trip as there’s lots of other boats and people out there and Carlos and Jessica make it a much more personal experience. Highly recommend!

10/10 Recommend this excursion on your next visit to Cozumel!! It was worth every penny and priced extremely fair for all that it includes. We had our two kids (15 & 10) with us, and walked away with priceless photos and memories - definitely the highlight of our week long stay!

The whole tour was very pleasant, as was the attention from Jessica and Captain Palomo, who were always looking out for the whole group!! Christopher also took some excellent underwater photographs of the entire environment!! The food was very tasty, ceviche, guacamole, and fruit!! Only the soft drinks should have been name-brand and varied, but everything else, very good!!

We all had an excellent time. Carlos and his crew were spectacular. They went above and beyond. Best excursion we have been on.

This is our third time booking this tour, and we love it every single time! We get to snorkel with just our family and not all the tourists that come off the cruise ships. We get the most amazing photos and one on one time with sea turtles and stingrays. We wouldn’t have it any other way.

Could not do a better trip with the family, we had eight people took us to great snorkeling areas, made sure we were safe, saw turtles starfish thousands of different fish. You end on the sandbar where they make fresh guacamole, cut up fruit, ceviche, all you can drink. Great pictures the captain and crew are fantastic. One of our best experiences in the Caribbean.

This excursion was the highlight of our cruise! We took a taxi from the port, it was a 10 minute ride there and taxis were waiting at the beach club afterwards to bring us back to port, easy peasy to navigate. The snorkling was beautiful, the pictures our guide took were so fabulous we bought the package. The snacks were yummy and we had sting rays swimming around us the entire time we were at the shallow beach area. The drinks were plentiful. This experience was well worth the cost for 7 people and having our own boat made the day extra special. Make sure you bring hats and rash guards, some of us got sunburned, sunscreen is permitted, not even reef safe.

We had the best time with Carlos and Jose! We booked the private boat for 6. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. The boat was in great condition, clean, and stocked with plenty of drinks and snacks (best rum punch ever)! The reefs were amazing (you get to drift over 2) and had a great time seeing so many star fish up close. The last part of the tour was a great lunch prepared by Carlos and Jose to enjoy in clear blue shallow water and hangout with beautiful southern stingrays. My kids had the best day. Would totally book this tour again.

This private snorkel tour with Carlos and Jessica has something for everyone. We were aged 9-70 and everyone had a core memory kind of day! Food, drinks, photos, playlist, and snorkeling were all 10/10–would absolutely recommend this excursion to anyone visiting the Cozumel port!
