Snorkel a El Cielo en Embarcación Privada

This excursion was the highlight of our cruise! We took a taxi from the port, it was a 10 minute ride there and taxis were waiting at the beach club afterwards to bring us back to port, easy peasy to navigate. The snorkling was beautiful, the pictures our guide took were so fabulous we bought the package. The snacks were yummy and we had sting rays swimming around us the entire time we were at the shallow beach area. The drinks were plentiful. This experience was well worth the cost for 7 people and having our own boat made the day extra special. Make sure you bring hats and rash guards, some of us got sunburned, sunscreen is permitted, not even reef safe.

We had the best time with Carlos and Jose! We booked the private boat for 6. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. The boat was in great condition, clean, and stocked with plenty of drinks and snacks (best rum punch ever)! The reefs were amazing (you get to drift over 2) and had a great time seeing so many star fish up close. The last part of the tour was a great lunch prepared by Carlos and Jose to enjoy in clear blue shallow water and hangout with beautiful southern stingrays. My kids had the best day. Would totally book this tour again.

This private snorkel tour with Carlos and Jessica has something for everyone. We were aged 9-70 and everyone had a core memory kind of day! Food, drinks, photos, playlist, and snorkeling were all 10/10–would absolutely recommend this excursion to anyone visiting the Cozumel port!

Really enjoyed this excursion with Carlos and Jessica. My favorite part was the snorkeling! Next we stopped to see the starfish although they were cool I would’ve preferred to stay snorkeling longer. Then El Cielo with all the stingrays was super fun and a great hangout! The ceviche, guacamole, and rum punch were a perfect touch! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was they over charged for pictures and we didn’t even have that many so bring your own camera if possible.

Awesome personal experience, crew was great, attentive, food was awesome, soooo much better than 150 people crowded on a larger boat…worth it!

We've been on many excursions around the world. I found the people leading this to be aloof and not nice. They didn't make the experience fun - it felt like they saw us as almost a chore. We wanted to love this day but didn't. We didn't see much - saw a shark and that was cool. Otherwise we were pretty unimpressed. We saw other ships having fun.

Trip was awesome, family had a blast, we saw starfish, stingrays and a lot of other fish. Jessica did an amazing job, her and the Captain made sure to accommodate us and the food was amazing. Trip consisted of wife and I, our 25 yr old son, my wife’s sister and husband and her 3 teens. Thank you very much, Brian

This was a really nice boat, they had all the gear that we needed, they were very accommodating and we had a wonderful time! Being that it was a private boat, they went ahead and let us kind of choose what we wanted to spend more time on, and we spent a lot of time with the stingrays

We had the best day snorkeling. We had Carlos and Jess. Beautiful boat ride to snorkel cite. We had a 6 year old with us who did great and Jess was a tremendous help with her. Easy trip to book. Instructions perfect. Up to date notifications. Will definitely use Viator in the future
