Stonehenge was first. Our guide Cara was excellent! She stayed with our group to make sure we got on the shuttles, then gave us ample time to walk around the structure. It was a fantastic experience! Then on to Bath. We were let off right by the Abbey. We were given very handy maps. We definitely had plenty of time to explore the city. Our guide Cara even gave us a small tour to explain the workings of the spas. There is a charge to get into the Abbey, but it is IMHO well worth the admission price. Finally, we ended the day in Castle Combe. Kind of a let down after such a fantastic day, but it was an example of a small Cotswold village. If you take this tour I hope you are lucky enough to get Cara as your driver/guide! She is absolutely fabulous!! She really explained so much for us throughout the day!! I would definitely do this tour again!
Very informative. Alex was absolutely the best guide you could ask for. His knowledge of the history of each stop and in-between was impressive. He was personable and you could tell he loved what he did.
We thought we had missed the bus, could not get a Taxi in time to get to the pickup location. Then about 5 minutes prior to the bus leaving (which at that point in time we had already given up making the tour) we received a call from Nolh the tour guide. He asked us where we were and said he would call us right back. A few minutes later Nolh called and said that we were basically located on the way out of town and we are coming to pick you up. Our day instantly got flipped over to the good. The tour was great and Nohl was an excellent tour guide. We enjoyed all of the stops and it was truly a great experience!! The bus was really clean and the AC was awesome on a really hot day. All of the stops were educational and really cool. We also enjoyed the commentary and music between our stops. I extremely doubt that any other tour bus company would have done what the English Bus and Nolh did for us in coming to pick us up. We are really thankful that we booked with this group and would do it again the next time we come to London! Also, Nolh thanks for cheering up Nathan along the ride! I would recommend this Tour to anyone visiting London!
We took the Small Group Cotswolds Village, Bath, and Stonehenge Tour with Tony, and it was fabulous! Tony clearly loves what he does. He’s knowledgeable, experienced, and shared interesting stories and historical details about each of the places we visited. He was friendly, flexible, and accommodating throughout the day. The tour itself is very well designed, with just the right amount of time at each destination and an excellent balance of guided commentary and free time to explore on our own. Tony communicated the day's itinerary clearly, made sure everyone knew the meeting times and locations, and kept everything running smoothly. The comfortable bus was stocked with plenty of bottled water, and we especially appreciated the effort at the end of the day to drop everyone off as close to their hotels as possible. This was one of the highlights of our trip, and we highly recommend this tour—especially if you're lucky enough to have Tony as your guide!
We had an amazing day touring Stonehenge, Bath, and the Cotswolds with Cara. Out of all the tours we’ve taken, this was one of our favorites. Cara was the perfect mix of knowledgeable, funny, and professional. Since Bath is her hometown, it felt like we were exploring the city with a local friend who genuinely loves where she comes from. She shared so many interesting stories and little details that we never would have learned on our own. The entire day was very well organized, and the time flew by. Stonehenge was fascinating, Bath was beautiful, and the Cotswolds looked like something straight out of a postcard. Cara kept us entertained during the drives with her humor and made history feel engaging rather than overwhelming. What we appreciated most was how approachable she was. She was happy to answer questions, gave great recommendations, and made everyone feel welcome. You can tell she truly enjoys what she does, and that energy made the experience even better. If you’re thinking about visiting Stonehenge, Bath, and the Cotswolds, we highly recommend this tour. Thank you, Cara, for helping create such a memorable day and for sharing your hometown with us. It was a highlight of our trip to England!

Lucy was an amazing tour guide! She is a great storyteller and helped the context around Stonehenge come alive for myself and family! So super interesting to be guided by an archeologist. I wish I had more time in Bath and less in Castle Combe, otherwise this day was perfect

This was one of our favorite tours in England! We visited Stonehenge, Bath, and the Cotswolds. The pickup location was easy to get to and the van was easy to find. Alex, our tour guide, was incredibly knowledgable and friendly. He shared some history throughout our drive but left time for quiet and maybe even a nap. Once we got to Stonehenge, Alex led us to a bus which took us to Stonehenge and gave us a meet-up time. My family and I really liked the independence we were given once we got to a location. We chose to spend part of the time looking at Stonehenge, a little time for shopping, and a moment for snacks. It was more than enough time for everything we wanted to do. Next we were off to Bath. Alex offered a short walking tour for those who were interested. Again, we were given a meet-up time and we were able to do whatever we wanted in the time allotted. Alex even suggested a delicious spot for lunch! We joined Alex for the walking tour and it was really interesting. Next we made a short stop at the Royal Crescent (made even more famous by Bridgerton) where Alex offered to take pictures of everyone. Next, we were off to the Cotswolds. This was the shortest stop but it was adorable. We wandered the small streets and took pictures before it started to rain. As we climbed onto the van, Alex gave us each Tunnock's tea cakes! He also provided everyone with as much water as you could drink throughout the tour (it was a very hot day). Alex safely returned us to London through an incredible thunderstorm! He was kind enough to drop us off at places closer or more accessible to where ever we were staying. We felt like the cost was more than reasonable and it felt more personal with such a small group. Alex was a wonderful tour guide, happily answering questions and making everyone feel welcome. I strongly recommend this tour!
One of the best tours we've done while we were in UK in June 2026. The coach bus was comfy and Alex what an amazing guide he was. He was fun while being very knowledgeable about all the history topics. Highly recommended tour to combine Stonehenge with Cotswold and Bath and make it a full day experience.
