Very good tour was easy to get to all the stuff
This was our second visit to this castle complex, and we enjoyed it just as thoroughly on our own this time as we did the first time with private guide. The cathedral and palace areas are incredible, but the frosting on the cupcake is the Golden Lane with its battlements and armor museum. I would visit that every year if I lived close.
I didn’t find the meeting point & didn’t go on the tour.

There was no 20 minute introduction to anything, the whole thing is an AI voice and the churches had no reception so it was basically worthless. Plus it cost way more than the official castle audio guide that was actually a handheld audio guide and not some random website that crashed every time you moved. All in all it was a total waste of money and left the whole group more than disappointed. The castle employees told us they get hundreds of visitors complaining the same thing every week. My advice is to stay away from third party organizers.

Very nice staff. Fun and likeable people. You will get some facts. And that is nice. But this had absolutely nothing to do with AR. This is a series of AI generated videos that you happen to watch through some expensive headsets. Zero augmented reality involved. I had expected to walk around the castle grounds and have AR supported information throughout the day. But no. Just sit still and watch AI videos for half an hour. Shame...

This ticket includes just a 20 minute intro of the Prague Castle main circuit and then the rest you are touring on your own. The person giving the intro was really interesting, but in hindsight I would have just bought tickets from the castle. It was a busy day, but tickets would have been easy to purchase while on site and would have cost about half as much for our family.

Definitely worth arriving there in time for the 20 minute introduction - extremely interesting and informative. The guides were helpful and very friendly - and explained clearly how the ticket system worked. We would have appreciated being informed when the activities closed, as we got to the Golden Lane at 16:50 and nobody told us it closed at 17:00 - this was disappointing, as we had already scanned our ticket so could not come back the next day.

Great way to learn about the Castle and it’s history as it weaves into the history of Prague. Being able to see this visually by AR made it much more memorable and impactful. The format was perfect allowing us to have the overview and then visit the buildings and grounds at our own pace. The guides were helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. I would highly recommend this tour.
