The National Orchid Garden is a must see. The trails and orchid variety are stunning. It’s a great place to enjoy the beautiful and calming trails. We spent close to 2hrs.
Terrible ticket service. Ticket says valid for 6 months. I bought the ticket 8 days before attending the garden and they would not let me in. The garden said the ticket had expired even though the ticket says valid for6 months. Absolute terrible scam and will never buy anything from trip advisor or Viator
I could not get internet access to show my QR code to get in. I was asking for their internet password and was told to move to one side so she could serve someone else. I asked another member of staff who took me to another till and pointed to the password. I was trying to put it into my phone and was told by another assistant to move out of the way. I was a solo traveller trying to do my bucket list but as I was unable to go in I had to leave. The staff were very rude and unhelpful
Well worth a visit. Stunningly kept gardens and the orchard gardens were exceptional. Well worth the money.
If you enjoy nature and/or specifically flowers, this place is a must in your passage through Singapore. And if you're not that fan too!!! It is amazing the overflow of orchids of all types and in such a well designed environment
Seamless process. Received mobile tickets with no issue. No issues with entry.
Beautiful and well worth the visit. Slightly challenging to navigate so take a picture of the map before you enter.
We had been recommended by a friend who had visited Singapore to visit the National Orchid Garden which is within the Botanical Gardens even if we weren’t into Orchids. The gardens are huge and beautifully maintained. The gardens are free to walk around, you just have to pay to visit the National Orchids Garden. It’s hard to take in all the plant information but the orchids are spectacular although visiting in February, many of the varieties weren’t in bloom. You could easily spend the entire day at the gardens
It is a fabulous exhibit with very interesting panels about a wide range of information topics. It is a beautiful and well organized walk. There are many many varietals and the gift shop is lovely. Highly recommend some time exploring the garden.
We were not sent redeemable tickets by Viator. When they were scanned at entry, we were told the tickets had already been redeemed. We sat at the entrance trying to work this out with Viator, and ultimately gave up and bought new tickets at the gate, thinking we could get a refund for the tickets we never received. However, we were ultimately told that the tickets sent to us were redeemed (though not by us!) so Viator refused to refund us even though we never entered the garden with their tickets. It may be a scam. Just buy your tickets at the gate! The garden itself is lovely but I'm never using Viator again.
