5-Star Exceptional Service by Theven I had an incredibly pleasant experience at the Plaza Premium Lounge in Changi Airport, thanks to the outstanding service provided by staff member Theven. Upon my arrival, warmly assisted me with the shower service arrangement. He kindly reminded me to settle down and find a comfortable seat first, reassuring me that he would notify me once my shower queue number was ready. After waiting for around thirty minutes with no update from the queue system, Theven took the initiative to check my status personally. He proactively came over to inform me that a shower room was available for me right away. His thoughtfulness, patience, and attentive customer care truly went above and beyond standard service. In the busy airport lounge environment, his proactive approach made my long layover far more relaxing and hassle-free. Theven’s professional and heartfelt service perfectly shows the high service standard of Plaza Premium Lounge. I highly appreciate his kindness and would absolutely recommend this lounge to all travelers. Great work!

Lounge was very crowded so hard to find a seat. The staff tried their best to clear the food and tables fast. Uncle Tony was very polite. Food is not bad, although there could be more variety.
