This tour is a great way to see the Duomo, The Last Supper, and the rest of the city's main sights. Our guide, Catia, was deeply knowledgeable and shared the history of Leonardo da Vinci and Milan with real passion. An excellent choice for an engaging tour of the city.
We had a great tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable. The Last Supper was amazing to see in person.
Catia was great! We saw quite a bit of the city.
Silvia Z was an amazing tour guide with an extensive architecture background. She went above and beyond
The woman, Sylvia Z, was very knowledgeable and was an architect. My wife and I had an amazing time. It was about a three hour private tour and she went out of her way to show us the gems of Milan.
Silvia was incredibly knowledgeable and a great tour guide! Loved seeing Milan come to life and learn all about the history.
We booked the Best of Milan tour with Walks and it exceeded every expectation. Our guide, Silvia R., was absolutely fantastic — she had such deep knowledge of art history, but what really made her stand out was how she mixed it with fun facts and personal anecdotes along the way. It never felt like a lecture, more like walking around with a knowledgeable friend who genuinely loves this city. The Duomo di Milano is simply incredible in person — no photo does justice to the scale and detail of it. And seeing the Cenacolo (Leonardo's Last Supper) was truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Having Silvia explain the history and context right in front of the painting made it so much more meaningful.
Lara was a wonderful tour guide. Very knowledgeable and proud of Milan and its history. It was fascinating to see Leonardo’s depiction of the last supper and learn about its history. Milan’s very different from other Italian cities and Lara did a wonderful job explaining the history, the influence of other European countries and why it feels very different than Florence or Rome, etc. And of course the highlight was the Dremo which is stunning both inside and out.
Silvia was a fantastic tour guide. We visited the Last Supper, where she explained all aspects of the painting in amazing detail. She was a fount of knowledge about the painting, and her insights made it all the more exciting. We continued on a walking tour through Milan until we reached the Duomo. Her expertise in the field of architecture allowed us to view buildings, statues, and hidden spots with a new perspective. She provided in-depth information about the Duomo interior. We would highly recommend Silvia!
I could not be more disappointed- we hada private Milan Tour with skip the line tickets to The Last Summer scheduled on June 26. We rushed from our hotel in Tuscany to be in Milan in time for the tour, and were told an hour before the tour that it was cancelled as the guide called in sick. We asked if we could still have the tickets to The Last Supper, as we had ordered the tour months in advance and this was our last day in Italy and only opportunity to see it, and we were told that was not possible. The only thing we received was a refund, which in no way made up for this lack of professionalism.
Dear Pia, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sincerely sorry for the disappointment and frustration you experienced surrounding your private Milan tour. We completely understand how upsetting it must have been to travel from Tuscany, only to receive conflicting information shortly before your tour was due to begin. We recognize that this caused unnecessary stress and detracted from what should have been a memorable experience. Following a full review, we found that there was an internal miscommunication between our team and Viator, which resulted in incorrect information being shared with you. While we did have both your guide and your Last Supper entrance tickets available, our internal communication was not properly coordinated, and unfortunately this prevented us from accommodating your request on the day. We take full responsibility for this communication failure and are reviewing our internal processes to help ensure situations like this do not happen again. We fully appreciate that this was a disappointing experience, and we regret that we were unable to deliver the standard of service you rightly expected from us. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We truly appreciate your feedback, and we hope we will have the opportunity to provide you with the seamless and enjoyable experience you originally expected on a future visit. Kind regards, Samantha Walks & Devour Tours
