Great day! Guides were awesome and scenery beautiful!
Jose and Maria were very quick to respond to my questions and reserve us a spot. Due to a cancellation, we ended up being the only group on our tour, which allowed for a requested stop along the way. Manuel our guide was pleasant and kept us on time to be able to make the requested stop happen and finish on time. While some tours ride out and back, I was really glad we did the van ride up to start at the elevated position with wonderful views of the Sierra Nevada high snow covered peaks and have some fun cruising down on nice mountain EBikes.

Easy ride up the mountains with plenty of sights and stops on way to the top. Host was super helpful with our group and very informative. The slow ride up gave plenty of opportunity for enjoying the view. Hiking would’ve have been tough and take a lot longer. Turbo mode made this easy. The ride back down was fun! Very little vehicle traffic as half the trip was on emergency road.
I found the experience thoroughly enjoyable and rewarding We rode 16 km up to the top where the ski resort is with a few spectacular view points along the way Alfonso our guide was professional, attentive and very pleasant to spend the day with well worth the time

Canceled the day before with no notice, no communication, no explanation. Unprofessional
First of all, we are truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this situation has caused you. We completely understand how upsetting it must have been to believe that your Sierra Nevada E-Bike Tour was cancelled without notice. Two days before the tour, we sent a message to the phone number provided in your booking. We kindly ask you to please check your phone (including any SMS), as we explained the situation there in detail. Due to the persistent and prolonged period of heavy rainfall we have experienced in Andalucía, many of the mountain trails have been severely affected. Several sections have suffered significant damage and are currently undergoing repair works. The competent local authorities have temporarily prohibited access to certain areas for both pedestrians and vehicles while machinery is operating. This restriction is strictly enforced for safety reasons. In the message we sent, we explained these circumstances and offered you an alternative option for the tour. Unfortunately, we did not receive a reply, and without confirmation from your side, we were unable to proceed with the alternative plan. Please allow us to emphasize that the safety of our clients is always our absolute priority. We would never expose our guests to conditions that could involve risk or danger. Mountain terrain after heavy rain can become unstable and unpredictable, and we must strictly follow official safety regulations. That said, we deeply regret that our communication did not reach you as expected. This was the highlight of our trip! My husband and I travelled with another couple to Spain from Canada and all four of us agreed this was hands down the best day spent. The views were incredible, and the sheep heard with bells roaming felt like a concert in nature. The tour operator and guide were fantastic! Bikes were top quality and made the incline sections possible, with the e-feature. Awesome day!
Truly a fantastic bike ride - Maria and Jose are super guides/hosts - mountain e-bikes perfect - you travel from Granada to the Sierra Nevada by van and then cycle back from the mountains to the city - truly breathtaking views - in between a stop with delicious snacks and coffee - everything has been thought of (gloves, extra cycling jacket, helmets, etc.) - we can highly recommend this tour! Go ahead and do it! Do it! DO! You won't regret it.
