En las colinas de la hermosa campiña toscana, a solo 2 km del centro medieval de Siena, este tour educativo de vinos y degustación de 'Vine, Wine and Life' es un tour de 3 horas que se realiza en una bodega orgánica. Conozca las diferentes etapas de la elaboración del vino a través de las estaciones y disfrute de catas y un almuerzo ligero.

Itinerario
De manera muy simple, directamente en los viñedos, hablaremos sobre el ciclo agronómico de nuestras uvas orgánicas con la ayuda de la genética, la fisiología, la ecología, la poda, el manejo del suelo y la recolección.
En la bodega tomaremos en consideración los conceptos básicos para una elaboración de vinos de calidad, analizando los detalles químicos, físicos y microbiológicos de nuestros vinos, durante todos los pasos principales del proceso de la uva al vino: trituración, fermentación alcohólica, maceración. , fermentación malolatica, despegando, estabilizando, embotellando y refinando.
En nuestra sala de degustación equipada, degustaremos 4 de nuestros vinos orgánicos, todos típicos de la zona, para comprender todas las notas sensoriales con la ayuda de nuestros ojos, nariz y paladar. Un triunfo de las percepciones para exaltar lo que más amamos del vino: el complejo mundo de las emociones.
La degustación terminará con un “almuerzo ligero” que combina vino y comida. Ofreceremos menús de temporada para satisfacer el paladar y mantener un cuerpo saludable, combinando la comida con uno de nuestros vinos y con nuestro aceite de oliva virgen extra orgánico.

This was a great experience. Lorenzo was awesome! The winery is so beautiful. The tour was on point and not too long. The wines were excellent. The food was unbelievable! Only problem was getting a taxi to the winery (a must even if mapping apps make it look walkable). If you rented a car, that would work also. We had a hard time getting a cab from Siena. I think the winery would get a taxi for you if you called that morning. They arranged a taxi for us upon leaving that showed up super quickly. Thank you so much!
This was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. Lorenzo was an outstanding guide—enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and entertaining from start to finish. The winery tour was informative without feeling rushed, the wines were excellent, and the food was delicious. To top it off, Lorenzo even helped us arrange a taxi back to Siena at the end of the tour. One tip: don’t try to walk to the winery. It looks possible on mapping apps, but it’s much farther and more difficult than it appears. You’ll definitely want to take a taxi. Since taxis can be hard to find in Siena, I recommend messaging the winery in advance to see if they can arrange one for you. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Exactly what we were looking for - close to Siena but located in beautiful countryside and organic. High quality greeting area and facilities, fantastic welcome, the guide was knowledgeable, approachable and humorous. The tasting itself was exceptional, excellent range of wine and the lunch far excelled expectations. I would highly recommend this experience.

Our wine tour in Siena was an absolute highlight of our trip. Lorenzo was an exceptional guide: knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely passionate about winemaking, bringing every part of the experience to life with detailed explanations and fascinating insights. The estate itself was stunning, and it was incredible to see the vineyards and production facilities while learning so much about the entire winemaking process. The wines were of outstanding quality, with each tasting showcasing the character and craftsmanship of the region. I had an amazing experience with my fiancé here. I have done serval wine tours in the region but this was the best. A small family run winery with amazing views over the country side, very informative and engaging tour. The food was beautiful and paired with the wine was exceptional. I would 100% be back and would recommend it to family and friends. We stayed after our tour and had a few glasses of wine in the courtyard to relax in the afternoon.
Cristian was a fantastic host/guide! He was very knowledgeable about the wine growing, harvesting, and distillation processes. There was a great assortment of wines, perfectly paired with food & dessert. He and the staff also helped with getting taxis back to Siena train station, which was very kind and helpful. It was a great way to spend the day in Siena, have great food, and learn about wine.
