Reúnase en el lobby de su hotel a las 7:45 am (en Siem Reap)
Comenzamos nuestro viaje hacia las afueras de la ciudad de Siem Reap. Primero, explorará el antiguo templo budista para comprender la práctica budista del pueblo jemer, obtener una bendición espiritual del monje y escuchar la adivinación jemer. Nos detendremos en las empresas locales en el camino para aprender sobre la artesanía y las industrias locales, como la producción de fideos de arroz y el pastel de arroz pegajoso de bambú. Continúe nuestro viaje hacia West Baray, donde lo espera el hermoso y antiguo embalse.
Desde allí, es un viaje directo al pueblo de canastas donde nuestros guías lo llevarán a ver las canastas hechas a mano y pasará la siguiente parte aprendiendo a hacer algún tipo de canasta con las damas locales.
En la última parada, visitará la destilación local de vino de arroz, que es una empresa familiar local a pequeña escala con técnicas para hacer vino de arroz. El vino de arroz es una de las bebidas más populares en Camboya desde la época anterior al auge de la cerveza aquí. Regresaremos a la ciudad de Siem Reap antes de las 12:30 p. m.

The experience was great! I was on this tour solo and I would highly recommend it just to see the lifestyle and experience the Cambodian culture. My tour guide Ravy was especially great he had good sense of humor, very informative, and respectful. He did a great job with everything and the driving of the Vespa. This was a well structured program with the intention of including various activities in a typical Cambodian village. The people that we met were so courteous and humble - it was heart warming. The visit to the monastery was calming. Everything else was up to our expectations. Our guide Jay and the driver were fantastic!

My wife and I wanted get an under the surface of Cambodia and what better place than Siem Reap. We chose Vespa Backstreet for our tour of the countryside and it was an amazing experience. We chose the tuk tuk experience rather than the Vespa because it was soooo hot and it was great to have some cover. We enjoyed everything from basket weaving to rice wine distillation, after which my memories are a bit vague!! Our guide Ravi was amazing, very funny and super knowledgeable and we can’t recommend him enough!!

We had a wonderful experience on the Vespa countryside tour! It felt very intimate since it was a private tour just for the two of us, which made the entire experience even more special. Our guides (Ravy and Mut) were very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable, sharing thoughtful explanations at every stop and giving us a genuine glimpse into how local people live. The length of the tour was reasonable. Riding through the countryside on the Vespa was both fun and relaxing, and we loved seeing a more authentic side beyond the typical tourist spots. We do the tour with ravy and chomrern I recommend it, the English of the guide is very good is very knowledgeable and makes sure you are comfortable all the time. An excellent way to explore the surroundings of the city and know the local customs.
