Para el tour en cascada de Kulen, Banteay Srei y Beng Mealea, lo recogeremos de su hotel en Siem Reap entre las 7:30 AM y las 8:00 AM en un vehículo cómodo y con aire acondicionado. El viaje a la montaña dura aproximadamente 2 horas, ofreciendo vistas panorámicas de la campiña camboyana a lo largo del camino. Pasarás el día explorando Banteay Srei, el templo de Beng Mealea y las atracciones históricas y naturales de la montaña Kulen, como el Buda Reclinado, el río de las Mil Lingas y la cascada. Después de un día completo de exploración, lo dejaremos en su hotel por la noche, asegurando una experiencia suave y agradable de principio a fin.
El Banteay Srei es un templo camboyano del siglo X dedicado al dios hindú Shiva. Situado a unos 25 kilómetros al norte de Angkor Wat, es famoso por sus intrincadas tallas, que se consideran algunas de las mejores de toda la arquitectura jemer. El templo está hecho de piedra arenisca roja, lo que permite obras de arte elaboradas y detalladas, incluidas escenas del hindú.
Preah Ang Thom es una estatua de 8 metros de altura del Buddh reclinado que alcanza el nirvana. La estatua está tallada en una enorme roca de arenisca natural a la que se ha añadido una escalera moderna junto con un refugio sobre el Buda. Es un lugar muy sagrado y especial para todos los camboyanos y siempre hay clientes que visitan el lugar y a veces se vuelven bastante ocupados.
A lo largo de un tramo del lecho del río de unos 500 m hay tallas de linga, varios yoni grandes y pequeños y una gran talla de Vishnu. A lo largo de las paredes del cauce del río también se aprecia una pequeña talla en el lecho de roca.
Hay dos cascadas principales en el Parque Nacional Phnom Kulen. Primera cascada: de 4 a 5 metros (13 a 16 pies) de alto y alrededor de 25 metros (82 pies) de ancho durante la temporada de lluvias. Segunda cascada: de 15 a 20 metros (49 a 66 pies) de alto y alrededor de 15 metros (49 pies) de ancho durante la temporada de lluvias. The tours are very well organized. The hotel pickup is punctual, the car is clean and the driver careful and skilled. The guide (in my experience, Tann) speaks very good English and is a qualified professional with 20 years of experience in this industry. I had a very good experience, a full day with temples, waterfalls and beautiful panoramas. Highly recommended!!!
Please don’t skip this activity ! Swimming in the waterfall and having the opportunity to get lost to ancient temples accompanied by local treats is a must. If you can choose your guide, I’d strongly recommend Mr Tann: polite, smiley, discreet, he gave us lots of useful information AND an excellent photographer, thanks to him I have photos that seem to be taken from a professional !

It was a great value tour, as it allowed us to efficiently go around places that are difficult for individuals to go♪ Our guide, Tan, was very kind and gave us a detailed explanation using the translation app, as we were anxious about English, so it was an English tour, but we enjoyed it without worrying about it. Had a great day with my guide Tann. Beautiful varied tour that is really an addition to your visit to Siem Reap. The day trip includes a fine variety of temples, waterfalls and nature. The variety and the temples that are really different from Ankor Watt make this trip definitely worthwhile. Good friendly guide, clear communication, clear conditions and no upselling/souvernirs stops. The guide was SO knowledgeable about the location, history and tips of where to take photos. The temple still in ruins was easy to access and I recommend visiting. The reclining Buddha was at the top of many steps and worth the climb. The waterfalls, river carvings and cliff top were fascinating and spectacular
