Comience su viaje siendo recogido de su hotel en Sharm El Sheikh. Cuando llegue a la base del vehículo todoterreno, se le dará una breve introducción y se le proporcionarán pautas de seguridad sobre cómo usar la quad. Comience su viaje en quad, atravesando el vasto paisaje del desierto. La actividad puede implicar maniobrar a través de colinas arenosas y áreas expansivas. Si optas por una Aventura Sunrise, experimentarás la magnificencia del desierto mientras el sol asciende sobre el horizonte. En el caso de una Aventura al Atardecer, se deleitará observando las diferentes tonalidades del cielo a medida que se pone el sol. We have booked an excursion in quod with schedule at 17.00 They contact us on whatsapp to find out the room and hotel number at 7.45am on the morning the excursion would take place They never answered At 12 noon on the day of the excursion I ask if it is confirmed No response I deduce that everything is ok also because engaged in another excursion At 14.10 they write to us we pass for the pick up at 15.10 We weren't even at the hotel I ask for explanations ke unique are 15.10 pickups not 17 I ask to cancel the reservation and have the money as I was unable to make the excursion because of them (you can not answer me at 14.10 we go to 15)... no answer Have a receptionist contact them. Detto questo, è chiaro che nel suo caso la gestione non è stata corretta, soprattutto per: il messaggio inviato troppo tardi (alle 14:10) per un pick-up alle 15:10 la mancata risposta ai suoi messaggi precedenti l’assenza di un supporto immediato nonostante la richiesta tramite reception Questa situazione non rappresenta i nostri standard di servizio, e prendiamo molto seriamente il suo feedback. Stiamo già verificando internamente l’accaduto con il team operativo e il reparto prenotazioni per evitare che episodi simili possano ripetersi in futuro. Per quanto riguarda la richiesta di cancellazione e rimborso, la invitiamo cortesemente a contattarci direttamente (o a reinviarci il numero di prenotazione e la data dell’escursione) così da poter gestire il suo caso con priorità e trovare una soluzione adeguata. Ci teniamo a ringraziarla ancora per la segnalazione: ogni recensione ci aiuta a migliorare e ad offrire un servizio più organizzato e professionale.
I really liked it, it was really interesting and exciting. I really liked pharmaceutical lecture because it was really useful and interesting. I liked every part but especially I really liked the show and the ATV ride.it was really good, I liked it!
From riding quad bikes to watching the stars, it was an exclusive experiential. Tasty food and cool shows. Good work by the guide. There was constant escort.

we liked everything, quad bike ride with two stops, the first to hear the echo and instead the second stop to visit the Bedouin tent where it is they offer you the typical tea, after which you return to the “base” and go by shuttle to the Bedouin camp. Once you arrive you take the camel ride, then you make a stop by the fire and eat a kind of typical piadina, after which you visit the typical pharmacy, where the pharmacist exposes you to all their "herbs" and typical medicines (I recommend not to buy anything as here we were cheated because paying by card they charged us more than agreed) (40 grams 90 €). then there is the dinner show, beautiful. nice experience, shame about the scam
