Traslado compartido para salidas desde el aeropuerto: de Anaheim, Buena Park o Garden Grove hasta el Aeropuerto Internacional (LAX)

Despite being advised that we would be picked up at 1630 and confirming a change of pick up on both the booking and in an email 48 hours before departure we did not get picked up on time and upon phoning Karmel in a panic learned that they were planning on picking us up at 1745 (instead of 1630 as advised) which would mean we would miss our check in time of 1800 bearing in mind the company had advised us we need at least 90 minutes to get to the airport. Upon realising the error Karmel did react quickly and sent an excellent and calm driver to pick us up. Unfortunately the driver was sent to the wrong pick up which added more delay and we were eventually picked up at 1715 some 45 mins after we had agreed. We did arrive to check in and met our flight but this was an unnecessarily incredibly stressful end to our holiday (where we feared we would miss our flight) despite the good efforts of the operator and driver on the day because there had been a serious operational planning error by the company. It led us to the conclusion that we could not trust on this company to pick us up and transport us reliably to meet our international flight home, which is a shame because we have used them twice before without any issues. Cannot fault the team and driver on the day but the serious ops issue with pick up timing was inexcusable (international flights need 3hour check in)

Our driver, Kevin, not only arrived early but also got us to LAX airport in record time! He was friendly and more importantly. a safe driver.

OMG!! My driver Jeremy kept in contacted as soon as I landed. I’m a nervous passenger but Jeremy was a safe driver who I felt very comfortable riding with him😉. I highly recommend this company for your LA transportation

Service provided was as described. I followed the pickup instructions and everything was good. The drivers were polite and helpful with my luggage. The vehicles were clean and in good working order. And finally I felt safe in their hands on the freeway to & from LA.

Mar was wonderful, polite and great conversation for our ride. She had a step stool to help get into the van too. Took care of our luggage and was nice to have a female driver!

I really liked this Service from Karmel because I had easy access to talk to them, and they were also punctual.

The Carmel Shuttle was hastily arranged after hearing that the Super Shuttle was closed at the end of 2019. He had come to the hotel ten minutes earlier. The van is old, but there is only a shared shuttle that can seat a lot of people, so it is a moist ride. It was very comfortable. It can be booked on the web and it might be useful if you use it well.

The driver was on time to collect us, he was very friendly and extremely helpful. I will definitely use karma shuttle on my next visit to LA.

Driver was 10 minute late. Not all passengers going go airport. Dropped off other passengers who wwre switching hotels before dropping us at airport since he claimed it was 15 minuted away and did not want to drop at airport first even though we were catching s flight and the others were not. Driver did not answer dispatch 30x and got into argument on speakerphone with his manager with us listening. Manager reprimanded him for not answering his phone 30x. Drivers attitude towards other motorists was quite vocal. Gave us a personal history lesson of his growing up and smoking cigarettes in high school - did not need to hear.
