Un monumento que reúne dos iconos inseparables de la ciudad de Sevilla: la Catedral y la Giralda. Se trata de un edificio que está reconocido como Patrimonio de la Humanidad desde 1987 junto con el Real Alcázar y el Archivo de Indias. Todo es un lujo entre esas paredes, donde podrás vivir en primera persona el entorno en el que se han vivido algunas escenas que van a vivir en la memoria de la historia. Prepárate para admirar el retablo de la Capilla Mayor, uno de los más grandes del mundo. El coro y la sillería son de estilo gótico-mudéjar que completan el conjunto de sus 68 bóvedas de crucería. La catedral de Sevilla es el templo gótico más grande del mundo. La construcción de este monumento data del siglo XV pasado. Fue declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO en 1987. Es uno de los monumentos con más visitantes en España.
Conozca el origen de la Catedral que se construyó sobre la mezquita aljama de la ciudad del siglo XII, el campanario (Giralda) sobre el minarete de la mezquita y el patio de naranjos sobre el patio de abarrotes. Giralda es el campanario de la Catedral de Sevilla y alcanza una altura de 104 metros, donde se encuentra una de las mejores vistas de la ciudad. Los huéspedes pueden subir a la emblemática Torre Giralda para disfrutar de espectaculares vistas panorámicas de Sevilla. Como el ascenso requiere un nivel moderado de esfuerzo físico, la participación es totalmente opcional. Quienes prefieran no subir pueden permanecer dentro de la catedral con el guía local, continuando descubriendo su rica historia y notable arquitectura.

Giralda tower is a long way up with stairs. However you have the option to not climb. Also tour guide needs to speak more slowly.

It was super average tour with simple facts about the constructions of the sites, did not went deeper on details.

We are so pleased with Sam. He was entertaining and oh so very knowledgeable. We absolutely loved his energy. He navigated us ably and respectfully through the throng, which I appreciate in Holy places. This was one of the most stressful booking experiences I’ve had. The operator kept changing the time and even the meeting point, including last-minute updates while I was already traveling. Communication was inconsistent and often contradictory, making it difficult to know what was actually confirmed. After several days of confusion and back-and-forth, I completely lost confidence in the operator and chose not to attend. The lack of organization and accountability made this a very disappointing experience. This operator should not be listed on Viator.
The tour guide was good but the instructions from Viator on where to meet caused unnecessary stress. It reads that you need to collect tickets from a collection point which on the day we attended was closed, instructions also dont pinpoint the tour guide so we asked numerous guides until we found ours.

The guide changed the time of the tour. We arrived 30 minutes prior to the tour and could not find the guide and we consequently missed the tour and the experience at great cost. We tried to communicate via the app without success. Very u fortunate.
