Booked a 1 hour session for our proposal pictures and was delighted with the experience. Andrei was our photographer and he took some fantastic photos.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. I was a tourist looking to book a photoshoot. The tour guide asked where I wanted to take pictures, and after I showed them the location, they sent me a link. I believed it was the original GetYourGuide booking link, so I went ahead. When I arrived, the photographer told me the location had changed, forcing me to rush to a new meeting point and making me 10 minutes late. Even though the session was booked for 30 minutes, I was then sent a new payment link that was not from GetYourGuide and was asked to pay an extra €5l. After paying, the experience was terrible. The photographer was unprofessional, showed no enthusiasm, and the photoshoot felt rushed and disappointing. I requested a refund for the extra payment, but the company refused. If you're visiting and want a stress-free experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

We loved the Lisbon photo shoot experience. The photographer had great communication throughout and made us feel comfortable while capturing photos at key landmarks. The final results were beautiful, with stunning pictures delivered by email within 24 hours. It was a fantastic way to capture our time in Lisbon.

Really great experience! I was sceptic because the price was a steal compared to other providers, but the results were beyond all expectations. I was lucky enough to have my photos taken by Inês Góis and she is a true professional. I highly recommend this gig and specifically asking for her if possible! Additionally, try to get the time slots around 7-8 am, it's not so fun to wake up during your vacation, but the sun is in the best position for photos.

Andrei was amazing. We were really impressed with his ability to frame shots as well as his suggestions for posing. It made the experience really easy. My niece loved it. And of course, the photos are fantastic! Can’t say enough about how pleased we were. If you’re on the fence, book it! You won’t be disappointed.

A seamless experience and a highlight of my trip! The photographer was professional, punctual, and great at giving direction. As someone who is camera-shy, I really appreciated how easy he made it feel. We hit all the iconic spots around the square in just 30 minutes. I highly recommend booking a session during the morning or golden hour. The delivery via email was quick and professional. Whether you're solo, a couple, or a group, this is the best way to capture lifelong memories in Lisbon.

Arthur was very friendly and professional, and communication was easy ahead of the shoot. We booked an early morning (0730) shoot and one hour was enough time to get shots a lot of various locations. This is the fifth time my husband and I have gotten photos taken like this around the world and it's become one of our favorite things. You get to see the sights before they're crowded, you get to know the photographer, and then you have these amazing photos when you get home. It's worth every penny. In this situation (like many), there's a group of photographers and you'll have one assigned to you. The organizer is also very friendly and helpful, and communication was easy. I always say, If we end up with one photo we love, plus the experience, it's worth the money. Arthur far surpassed that - we're having trouble choosing our favorites because he got so many good ones!

I booked a photography session through Tripadvisor expecting a professional and enjoyable experience, but unfortunately it was very disappointing. Arthur did not show me any of the photos during the session, so I had no idea how the pictures were turning out — whether I was smiling properly or if my expressions looked good. This made a big difference, because out of the 20 photos promised, I can barely use even one. All photos were taken in the same location under harsh lighting with no variation. There was no effort to explore different spots, lighting, or creative perspectives, which made the entire set feel repetitive and poorly planned. Although I arrived slightly late, the session still ended sharply at the scheduled time (8:30), leaving even less opportunity to capture quality shots. The photos were delivered after 78+ hours despite follow-ups, and no proper editing was done as promised. I was also pushed to purchase 120 burst short photos taken within 1 5 mins despite the poor quality, which felt unprofessional. Overall, the service did not match what was described. Not recommended.
