The photographer was absolutely amazing. She was efficient, professional, and we captured nearly 700 photos in one hour across multiple locations including my hotel, Central Park, and around Manhattan. She kept shooting nonstop and the quality of the images was excellent. She truly did her job and deserves full credit for the experience and the final product. However, I would not recommend booking through this third-party company. I paid $250 for a one-hour session, only to be told afterward that I would need to wait five business days for my photos unless I paid an additional $59 for early access to the raw, unedited images. No edits were requested. No additional work was done. It was simply a fee to release files that were already taken. That was not made clear upfront. It felt like a cash grab, and I felt put in a position of either paying more or not receiving my photos in a timely manner. If I had known this was going through a third party with these policies, I would not have booked. The photographer was great, but the company’s structure and extra charges left a very bad impression.

However, we would like to clarify a few important points for transparency. As clearly stated in the experience description at the time of booking, the one hour session includes 45 professionally edited images, delivered within 5 business days. This is the package that was purchased. After the session, you requested all of the images from the shoot, which totaled over 700 photos. While only 45 edited images are included in the original booking, we offered you a special upgrade option for $59 that included access to all 700+ images along with 15 additional edited photos. Additionally, the turnaround time of up to 5 business days is clearly mentioned in the experience details. Despite this, your photos were delivered in just 2 business days , significantly earlier than promised. We always aim to be transparent about what is included in each package and offer optional upgrades for clients who would like more than the standard deliverables. We regret that this was perceived negatively, but the terms were clearly outlined prior to booking. We genuinely appreciate your business and are pleased that you loved the photographer’s work.
