They didn’t show up at airport for us and we prepaid for the service Also we tried to call this service several times before our trip to make sure they would b there for the time we would b there-they never answered the phone Also sent several emails to them and they didn’t reply We also called them when they didn’t show - their phone rang a couple of times and someone picked up then hung up on us I tried getting my money back they said the driver was there and that the person tried calling us- no calls ever showed up on phone So I rate this a very Negative Poor Service and for there Customer Service the same-they emailed and said in so many words I was wrong There r many other services -choose wisely
They never showed up to pick us up at the airport and we had to catch an Uber instead.

We also attempted to contact you multiple times using the phone number provided in your booking, but unfortunately, we received no response. Based on our records and proof (including call attempts and driver presence), the service was correctly fulfilled on our side. As the passenger did not show up within the waiting time, this situation is considered a no-show according to the terms agreed at the time of booking. We booked this transfer from CDG as it was quoted as first class and showing pictures of the outside and inside of a Mercedes. The car used to transport us to Paris was a small Toyota with no legroom and no a/c in the back seats. We felt that this was a bait and switch tactic and we feel TripAdvisor should refund the $126 we paid for a Mercedes vehicle. I will say the driver was nice and on time, but the ride to Paris took one hour and 50 minutes in a very uncomfortable vehicle!

Concerning the air conditioning, all our vehicles are equipped with A/C. If there was any discomfort, the driver would have been happy to adjust it upon request during the journey. The driving service never showed up and I was not able to get in touch with anyone. Don't waste your money with this group.

I booked on the wrong day. Completely my fault. They were able to accommodate me (for a fee) last minute. Just make sure you are aware of your luggage and get the proper size. Luckily we were able to make fit. Our driver was great
The car we booked was Tesla not the Mercedes shown in picture for what we paid for. It was the wrong
