Lugares y horarios de recogida
Brindamos servicios de transporte para todos los viajeros que llegan al Aeropuerto Internacional de Cancún, asegurando un viaje cómodo a sus respectivos hoteles dentro de la región de la Riviera Maya. Nuestro servicio es un paquete de ida y vuelta, lo que significa que también lo recogeremos el día de su salida, garantizando un regreso seguro y sin complicaciones al Aeropuerto de Cancún. La terminal a la que llegue dependerá de la aerolínea con la que vuele. Una vez que haya recogido su equipaje, diríjase al área de “Operadores turísticos”. Allí, uno de nuestros representantes de México Travel Solutions lo recibirá calurosamente, quien llevará un polo blanco y rosa con un colorido logotipo de flores en el lado derecho y sostendrá un letrero con el nombre de nuestra empresa. Para facilitarle la búsqueda, aquí es donde nuestro equipo estará esperando : Terminal 3: Plataformas 51 a 54 Terminal 2 Nacional: Plataforma 53 Terminal Inter 2 : Frente al Café Grab & Go Terminal 4: Plataformas 50 y 26 Cuando se reúna con nuestro representante, presente su comprobante de confirmación o identificación con fotografía para su verificación. We had a good experience with MTS, their staff is nice, their vehicles are clean and in good condition. The only thing is that we had to walk a long distance with children and our luggage, this was not an easy task as it was 9 of us, to get to where they’re located and on top we had to wait for the van to get there. They were not waiting on the customer, the customer has to wait on them.

Our experience was made even better thanks to Abraham Fernandez, who was incredibly helpful and professional throughout our 7-day vacation. He proactively reached out before and during our trip, helped coordinate our airport transportation, and provided useful info about local tours that we visited such as Xplore Park and Catamaran to Isla Mujeres. They apparently cancelled the transaction or at least did not have us in their system. They called to see what happened, and We waited 15 minutes for them to call us back. We ended up Spending $180 for a taxi that was only one way. Did not start our trip out on the right foot.

They could not find my reservation after I gave the number and showed what was sent to my email. After 30 minutes we were placed on a van. WILL ONLY DO PRIVATE TRANSFER. TOO MANY STOPS.
