**Recogida en el aeropuerto :** A su llegada, por favor recoja su equipaje y diríjase a la Sala de Llegadas. Su conductor espera fuera de la terminal en el área de recogida de Transporte Terrestre con un cartel que muestra un logotipo naranja de Cancun Travel Experience. Por favor presente su confirmación o identificación con fotografía al recogerlo. Su transporte estará listo exactamente 30 minutos después de la hora de aterrizaje de su vuelo antes de que comiencen a correr sus horas de servicio. Llegadas : Si por alguna casualidad, encuentra algún problema para localizar a su conductor acuda a alguno de los siguientes puntos de encuentro : - Terminal 2 (Llegadas nacionales) en Welcome Bar - Terminal 2 (Llegadas internacionales) en Welcome Bar - Terminal 3 en Margaritaville Bar Terminal 4 en Welcome Bar **Recogida en el hotel :** Su hora exacta de recogida se coordinará con el operador local, su conductor le recibirá en el vestíbulo de su hotel. Por favor presente su confirmación o identificación con fotografía al recogerlo. Por favor, prepárese y espere unos minutos antes de la hora de recogida confirmada.

- La duración de su servicio comenzará una vez que el primer pasajero suba al vehículo.
- La devolución a su hotel o lugar de recogida original debe considerarse dentro de la duración de su servicio.
- Nuestros servicios operan de 5 : 00AM a 11 : 59PM, si su hora deseada cae fuera de este horario por favor comuníquese para confirmar la disponibilidad.

We met a friend, who lives locally in Cancun, at the marina peurto for coffee. Our driver (Luis) dropped us off and picked us back up at the exact location at the time we specified. He also stayed on the premises in case we were ready to leave early which is why I picked this service. Great experience!

We rented a private shuttle to avoid stopping at several hotels and it was well worth it. Driver was waiting for us after we arrived at the airport with a big sign with our name so we were able to find him easily in the crowd. The driver who picked us up from the hotel to take us to the airport after our trip was also very prompt (arrived early). Both drivers (to/from) were very courteous and identified themselves and verified our name and bookings. We will definitely use this service again and highly recommend.

Picked us up at airport; in a crowded and overwhelming environment Sergio had a sign held up high and professional. He kindly treated us and made us feel at home and took us to our transport. Opened the doors for the ladies and loaded all our luggage. Was kind enough to stop at store to allow us to get situated with adult beverages. Great clean ride; very courteous and professional; would hire again in a heartbeat. Our driver Sergio was top notch, super knowledgeable with great advice.
