From the moment I started planning my trip, Mohammad was incredibly responsive, patient, and helpful—especially when I had to reschedule my visit. His communication was always prompt, and he made the entire process easy and stress-free. During my time in Jordan, Mohammad was always on time and went out of his way to make sure I got the most out of my trip. He helped create my itinerary, suggested the best driving routes, and even offered to take the longer, more scenic roads so I could see more of the country. Along the way, he shared so much about Jordan's culture, customs, history, and people, which made the experience even more meaningful! Mohammad’s car was spotless, spacious, and always stocked with drinks and snacks. Several times, he brought me coffee, which led me to discover a fantastic Jordanian coffee brand that I ended up buying at the airport to bring home! As a solo female traveler, I felt completely at ease and safe throughout my trip. Mohammad was always professional, respectful, and considerate, which allowed me to relax and enjoy the experience without any concerns. What stood out most was how much Mohammad genuinely cares about his guests and his country. He truly loves Jordan, and it shows in everything he does. Thanks to him, I didn't just see Jordan—I got to experience it! I already look forward to returning to Jordan someday, and I will encourage everyone I meet to put it on their travel list. The driver Mohammad keeps harassing and messaging my girlfriend on WhatsApp and calling even we have come back home. He said he loves her. He kept on looking at her all the times and couldn't takes his dirty eyes off her. Do not book if you are young woman as he will try to flirt with you and touch you when you are alone with him and he has a dirty mind. Never coming back to Jordan again.

Mohammad of Joyful Roads helped my mother (mid-80s) and I have the most amazing trip to Jordan. He accompanied us for a week as we travelled across the country. Not only is he an excellent driver, but he is knowledgeable, happy to share, and always friendly/patient. He was always on time and adjusted his schedule to meet our needs. He helped make our trip a success from start to finish, and I can’t recommend him highly enough.

My husband and I planned our trip to Jordan and were very lucky to find Mohammad. He gave amazing suggestions for our trip and was great at communicating back and forth on our itinerary. Not only was he a smooth driver- I get extremely car sick - and conscientious of how I felt throughout the ride but we all became quick friends on the long drives sharing stories and laughter. Our journey went by quickly as we had fun each time we stepped into the car and felt so at ease throughout the trip. I hope we can meet again and continue our journey with Mohammad as it was the most fun we’ve had in a car trip in a long time!

Mohammad is the best person to know when you are visiting Jordan. He extremely trust worthy and highly professional which is what we all expect. But what is amazing about him is that he goes far above and beyond and makes the experience of visiting his country memorable. He becomes your friend and guide. He took care of us as his own family. He took us to places in Amman and elsewhere so we can get the best experience. He recommend the best places to eat and cautioned us what we shouldn’t do in the touristy areas. At the end of our 5 days journey with Mohammad from Amman, Dead Sea, Wadi Rum and Petra we felt completely at home. He treated us as he would treat his own guest. I would recommend everyone who wants to visit and get an amazing experience in Jordan, whether as a family or solo get in touch with Mohammad.

Mohammad was the best driver! He is incredibly professional and sincere. He was always very punctual and maintained excellent communication throughout our trip. He is very knowledgeable and always addressed any of our questions or concerns. As two female travelers we felt very safe and well taken care of the entire time. It was our first time in Jordan and of course we would worry all kinds of things. Right after walking out the arrival gate, Mohammed was there waiting for us even our plane landed one hour early. His service was impecable. He was very professsional and would not hesitate to give us help and recommendation. Without him our journey would be a big hassle as we didn't plan well. We used his service for the entire trip from Amman to Aqaba including excursions. It was well worth it with no hidden costs. Also there were snacks and drinks provided. Strongly recommended.
