Itinerario

We had an absolutely fantastic day with our wonderful driver, Giuseppe. He was such a kind, friendly, and safe driver, and from the moment we set off he made us feel completely relaxed and well looked after. Throughout the day he shared so much interesting and insightful information about Sicily and Palermo, as well as stories about his family, which added a really personal and authentic touch to the experience. The stops we made were incredible — visiting the Roman Ruins, Erice and the Salt Plains were all truly amazing and gave us a real appreciation of the history and beauty of the area. Everything was so well paced, and we never felt rushed, just able to enjoy each place fully. Overall, it was the best day and one we’ll always remember. We can’t recommend Giuseppe highly enough - he genuinely made the experience unforgettable.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re delighted to hear you had such a wonderful day with Giuseppe—he will be very happy to know he made your experience so special. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you back to Sicily soon! Alexandra
Our driver, Miimmo went above and beyond! He helped us find the birth record of my Nonno who was born in Paceco in 1916, and the town hall called a relative (I didn't know about) to come and meet us! Erice, Trapani and Segesta were just incredible, I highly recommend this tour, and ask for Mimmo.
Our driver Mimmo was excellent snd made our day very special!!we very happy with all of our stops… we especially liked Trapani and Erice…. Very quaint and historic
This was a full day excursion. Our driver Mimmo was excellent and provided a great experience. We had plenty of time at each stop to see and enjoy the sites. Unfortunately when we got into Trapani it was siesta time and it was a little quiet. The stop to try the Cannoli was good with Mimmo arranging coffee and the beautiful “huge” cannoli to eat at no cost to us. Highly recommended this day trip. We were a group of 7 and this allowed it to be private. The van was clean and comfortable. Thanks Mimmo.
Wonderful driver, nonetheless with limited English. No tour guide, there was a note about no tour guide included when I went back to the booking, which falls back to me but the advertisement looks as though a guide is included and so our day out was looking at mountain side and not getting any info on the area..
Dear Customer, We are so sorry if the experience was not as expected. Still from the first lines it is specified that it is a private tour with driver at your disposal, the driver obviously is not a guide, the driver cannot leave the means of transport unattended, he can only give some information on where to have lunch, where to buy tickets and more. In the inclusions and exclusions it is specified that it is a tour with a private driver and it is also specified that it does not include an authorized guide. In some stops there is the possibility of booking a guide based on the language you want, for example in Segesta there are authorized guides, even at the salt museum the paid visit can be done with the guide. Our advice is to read carefully what an experience includes, even before buying it.
Peter was a great driver who knew about Malta's and Gozo history. He was patient and considerate of the needs of his passengers. Highly recommend him as a driver. May need to have more communication prior to leaving Malta regarding waiting place for boat.
We had a wonderful tour guide/driver for our day trip. He was a very careful and thoughtful driver. We felt safe in his hands and he had great communication skills giving us insightful information and tips. He encouraged us to ask questions not only about the places we were visiting but anything about Sicily and Italy. He was a wealth of knowledge! The places we visited were all different and interesting.
The trip was very good. We enjoyed all the stops on this tour. Although, our driver told us the Salt Museum near Trapani was closed, which was not true. Our driver the next day had taken people to the Salt Museum near Trapani and it was open. We were disappointed that our driver had not been honest with us.
Dear Customer, Thank you for choosing our experience!! Unfortunately the driver was right, due to the weather forecast, the municipality ordered a weather alert, some activities chose to remain closed on that day, the same thing also the salt museum. We are very sorry for not being able to visit it, unfortunately this situation did not depend on our will. We hope to see you again soon, Best regards, Alexandra
GREAT TRIP! But be forewarned this is not a TOUR as stated the driver is not a guide and drops you off. However, our Driver Marcello was EXCELLENT, he was very polite, friendly and provided a lot of information during our ride! Not to mention the Cannoli were exceptional and the best we had in all of italy!! Ask for Marcello and if your lucky enough to get him you are surely in for a wonderful time!
Temple and Theater at Segesta were very nice. The town of Erice was unique and fun to walk around in. Unfortunately, the two main sites there were closed. Trapani was okay. Not much to see. We skipped the salt flats as we’d seen some before. Driver was very cordial and helpful.
