Booked an available date and then they said they weren’t available…. We rebooked a date that they said WAS available and then they cancelled last minute. Not reliable….
Laurie, I am sorry that your plans were disrupted but this is a very unfair review of a service that we strive to make exceeding our clients’ expectations. We tried to be in touch with you via telephone and emails since your first booking and we never received an answer. We did not receive even an answer when trying to communicate with you about the impediment that led to cancel your tour. We offered you to get the experience in the afternoon and even a driver only to minimize disruptions, but again no answers. We are a boutique family business and we cannot work as a big company, so good communication is key to address any possible issues that may rise on both sides, but in this case it didn’t seem to work and unfortunately we are also paying the price of it with this review. Please accept our apologies.
Our day with Sabrina was one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Mallorca. From the moment we met her, she brought such genuine warmth, positive energy, and enthusiasm that it felt like we were exploring with a friend. What truly set Sabrina apart was how much she cared about making our entire stay memorable. While we were on our wine tour, she put together a personalized list of recommendations for Palma and ideas for making the most of our remaining time in Deià. That level of thoughtfulness went far beyond our expectations. By the end of the day, we honestly didn’t want the tour to end! A special shoutout to her father, who was our driver. He was the sweetest man, and knowing he was a professional bus driver on gave us complete confidence navigating Mallorca’s winding mountain roads. Sabrina also became our personal photographer for the day! She must have taken over 100 photos of us and is a big reason we came home with more than 1,000 amazing pictures from our trip. She knew exactly where to stand, where to walk, and the best viewpoints, making sure every special moment was captured. Sabrina is simply amazing. Her joyful spirit, generosity, and passion for sharing her beautiful island made this an unforgettable experience. If you’re considering booking with Sabrina, don’t hesitate, you’ll leave with incredible memories, beautiful photos, and a new appreciation for Mallorca.

I had a wonderful tour of Mallorca visiting Valldemossa, Deià and Angel winery. Our guide Sabry was excellent at explaining Mallorcian culture, foods and traditions. The transportation service she offers is excellent as they picked me up at my hotel and dropped me off at a different hotel upon request. The towns is Valldemossa and Deià were very picturesque and definitely worth visiting. We were able to get a few bites to eat and some refreshments along the way to the winery. Once we arrived to the Winery, we were greeted by José who was very knowledgeable and friendly as he gave us a private tour of the winery and how they produced the wine. The homemade meal was an excellent pairing for the wine tasting. We liked the wine so much we ended up buying several bottles afterwards. Overall, a wonderful tour by Sabry and an excellent wine pairing my José! 😄

My mom , myself and two teenage daughters did a private tour with Sabrina. She was very prompt in answering all my questions before our trip and made some great suggestions . We spent a wonderful day with Priscila touring Valldemossa and visiting some of the seaside towns in Southeast Mallorca. Communication before the tour was great, and they worked with me to customize our trip. Though it was a little bit of a walk from our boat to the meeting place, that was no fault of the tour company, Priscilla and our driver were waiting for us exactly where they said they would be. The day went smoothly, Priscila stayed with us every step of the way, taking photographs and giving us plenty of information. We concluded our day with lunch at a beautiful seaside restaurant, we enjoyed Priscila's company so much that we invited her to join us and she helped suggest local food and drink. I definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a private custom experience in Mallorca.

Navigating Mallorca with a wheelchair can be challenging, but Sabrina and her team made it seamless and stress-free. Tiny Sabrina even helped push the wheelchair up some cobblestone hills! She is warm and charming, and her dad is a safe and cautious driver. They were flexible and accommodating, creating a personalized tour built around our interests and abilities. We felt welcomed like we were family. The viewpoints were beautiful and the stroll through Valldemossa was perfect. The winery stop in the Binissalem wine region is a must — we enjoyed a relaxed, private tasting with a table of local wines, olives and cheeses, at the award-winning, family-run Macià Batle. I can't imagine a better day in Mallorca.

We had a wonderful day with Sabrina! Everything was well considered for me and my mom who cannot walk too much or too fast. She and her team are very considerate of everyone on the tour. We also had a delicious lunch in the port of Soller! All in all a marvellous and relaxing day!
