Mark was a great guide. Mark provided interesting history, facts and information. Mark traveled at a good pace and not too fast. The food we tasted was very interesting and all had great flavor. The contrast of tasting was good. there was two circumstances that multiple said they needed a something liquid to go with the dryness of the object.

The guide was nice. I notified when booking about gluten intolerance and the guide was not aware and could not accommodate. I booked here because it said they accommodate - just be aware.
