Highly recommend!!

What a brilliant way to spend a morning! A trip to the market where our guides explained the different types of tapas and ingredients for each. Then back to the kitchen (with air con!) for tapas and sangria. We were in groups of 6-7 and cooked paella altogether, everyone participating in chopping and stirring etc. After cooking we got to eat , was really very tasty. The guides were all so much fun and we really did enjoy it. My daughter is coeliac and this was not a problem. EVERYTHING was gluten free except for the cake that was brought out for dessert.

Cooking clasd

Enjoyable 3 hours with friendly and accommodating cooking teachers. Enjoyed the paella we made. Only improvement i would have liked to see would be to make it more hands on. I wanted to do some cooking and the class prep was mostly done by the instructors. Also would have liked to see the purchase of the products.

First class paella cooking experience

A fantastic experience from the visit to the market to the cooking of the paella and then enjoying it. Our chefs were informative, knowledgeable and great fun. We were encouraged to ask lots of questions and the sangria was most certainly free flowing. Would thoroughly recommend this experience as part of a visit to this beautiful city.
