Buceo en Naxos por Bluefindivers - Dive in Greece - Amazing Diving Spots

My 13-year old son and I recently enjoyed a Discover Scuba dive with Bluefindivers in Naxos and had an amazing time. It was a first diver for both of us and the dive instructors were very kind, informative and patient. There's a thorough safety briefing to begin and then you head to the water to slowly begin the lesson. My son loved it right away, but I was a little more hesitant and our dive instructor, Dani, was patient, kind and very reassuring. I wouldn't have been able to make the dive without him. Photos and videos provided at the end of the dive. We loved our experience and highly recommend this to anyone who'd like to give scuba diving a try during your stay in Naxos.

Nothing but great things to say about Blue Fin. We had some trouble booking originally through the website, but once we called them Panos was extremely helpful and responded promptly to all questions. We did a Refresh dive session and then a dive by White Island. All of the dive instructors were extremely competent and kind. Thank you to Hannah, Marta and Jero. The dives they took us on were nice for this part of the Med and the team at Blue Fin made the experience. Great people and quality gear for rent. Would highly recommend for anyone who wants to dive in Naxos.

An excellent experience in every way. We did a first dive as a family with Louis, Marta, and Kathy. The diving center offers great equipment. It could not have gone better. The explanations were clear. We were able to ask all our questions. A very attentive team. I recommend it without moderation.

I have been diving with Bluefin for five years now and I always come back with just as much pleasure. The team is always just as friendly, welcoming, and very professional. The equipment is spotless, the dive sites are really great, and, very often, the underwater visibility is excellent. What I particularly appreciate is that we dive in small groups. It is really the opposite of "factory" dive centers, and that makes all the difference. In short, everything is there to have a great time underwater. It is always a pleasure to come back and dive with them!

AMAZING! We did our first ocean dive with Bluefin after only diving in lakes. Just amazing. We did two dives. The first was a wreck. Lots of pottery shards underwater. Visibility was amazing. I felt safe and enjoyed seeing the barracuda and lion fish. Lots of other reef fish. Our guides were knowledgeable. The second dive was to Graviera Reef. Lots of neat underwater pass-through spots in reef. Really great second dive! Staff were super helpful and it was a great way to spend the day!! I would highly recommend them for certifications, just starting, or for experienced dives.

Really great experience diving with Blue Fin Divers! They gave a great overview / introduction, ensuing participants are well informed and equipped, and then led a one-on-one diving experience. Very well put together with knowledgeable instructors. Highly recommend!

We carried out a dive review session and one dive as we had not been diving for several years. Niko gave my wife and I a thorough equipment, signaling and procedure review in the shop. This was followed up by a shallow dive where Niko was accompanied by one of his colleagues i.e. two instructors for my wife an I. We carried out the normal safety checks before the dive, and again went through a variety of checks and procedures during the dive, including signals and buoyancy practice etc. The equipment they provided was very good and everything worked perfectly. We would definitely recommend Blue Fin Divers for normal dives excursions and especially when carrying out a refresh course. We then went to Santorini and did a further two dives with the confidence gained with the refresh course. Thanks again to Panos, Niko and the whole team. PS they also sent us some great video and photos of our dive as part of the package.

I received my PADI open water certification through Blue Fin. It was an awesome experience. Luna was my instruction and she was great. Very patient with me and let me do things at my own pace. Can’t recommend them highly enough. THANKS LUNA. I am looking forward to diving in my retirement.

Had a fantastic experience with Blue Fin. They usually only do small groups but as it was September, the group consisted of just my wife and myself. Private tour! I had hoped to dive a shipwreck but due to very high winds during our stay we had to go to a different part of the island. Even so we had 2 nice dives at Black Rock and Trapezaki Reefs. Black rock is a pinnacle that just breaks the surface and Trapezaki is a longer and deeper reef. Huge schools of barracuda and various reef fish, many invertebrates including large numbers of nudibranch. If you have been to the Red Sea or Carribbean, you need to know that the Mediterranean is much more sparse in sea life by comparison. But there is still plenty to see and explore. Divemasters were very knowledgable of both the sea and the island and were very fun to talk to and visit with. Gave some great restaurant recommendations also. Visibility was approximately 60-80ft. Unfortunately the Mediterranean is beginning to suffer the lionfish invasion that has swept the Carribbean. According to our divemasters nothing yet is being done to eradicate them. I could see a market and a need for organized lionfish hunts as they do in the Carribbean. I'd be happy to help! Highly recommended dive shop!

I and my 11 year old son did this a week ago. I can only review it from the perspective of a first timer. It was really awesome. I couldn’t have asked for a better first time experience for both of us. The two of us were assigned a lead instructor and an assistant. The lead instructor went through what the experience would be like and helped us get fitted into our gear. We walked across the street to the beach, walked into the water and had the time of our lives. I saw another 10 to 20 adults in the shop going on dives and everyone seemed happy and serious. My son was the only child there. I highly recommend this for families or first timers, and while I don’t have the background to assess the experience for more seasoned divers it seemed like a really well run organization and all the customers seemed happy.
