Itinerario
Una vez que se encuentre con su guía en el complejo WeKoPa, conducirá unos 10 minutos y entrará en los senderos todo terreno en el Bosque Nacional de Tonto en el último vehículo todoterreno: el Hummer H1, donde pasará 2 horas atravesando lechos de ríos y lavados arenosos, mientras aprende todo sobre el esplendor del desierto de Sonora. Su guía experto le ofrecerá la historia de la zona, además de enseñarle todo sobre los cactus y la fauna. Se detendrá para ver puntos de interés, beber agua, tomar fotos y tomar refrigerios. Una vez que haya terminado el recorrido por el desierto H1 Hummer, lo llevarán de regreso a su automóvil en el punto de partida.

This excursion was the highlight of our trip, it was EPIC! Brian was a terrific guide. He was engaging, informative, personable, interesting, and a fantastic guide. He taught us so much about the Sonoran Desert. It was breathtakingly beautiful. It was so fun bouncing around in the military vehicle exploring. This is bucket list stuff here. It's totally safe so don't hesitate booking. We got to see some little critters and mule deer. Pictures don't do it justice. SO FUN! I didn't see an option to select the M1009 and opted for the Hummer tour selection so I could leave this review. But, please be advised that we took the M1009.

Excellent tour, a must-do when in Scottsdale! The staff is fantastic, very professional, friendly and well prepared! We also got a QR code to download lots of digital photos from our tour, free of charge, after our trip (same day). Absolutely loved the experience!

Great way to explore the beautiful desert. Communication from booking to end of tour and after was great. Bryan picked us up as planned and took us on a wonderful drive. He was knowledgeable in all the desert has to offer. We stopped several time s to snap some photos and talk and explore on foot a bit. I would highly recommend this trip. We are already looking into booking gone of the other tours they offer on our next visit.

Seeing the mountains and the desert was exciting. I didn't know there was so many different types of plants in this desert. It was so beautiful. It was an interesting ride in the Hummer.

It was a fun trip. Really liked our guide. Got a great feel for the Arizona desert and learned some info about cactus and plants.
Tour guide was very knowledgeable but it was difficult to hear him in the back of the vehicle. Area that was toured was not as stimulating as our past tours and was much more expensive. Interesting information given on the many growths in the area. Beverages and snacks that were mentioned were very limited. Driving the vehicle up and down on the steep rocky roads was well done. Overall adventure was limited compared to previous experiences. There were no Veterans, senior, or group benefits/discounts offered. Our tour guide only swore once!
