Descripción
Tómese un descanso de la cata de vinos y reúnase en Santa Elena para una visita guiada en bicicleta eléctrica a lo largo del Camino de la Viña del Valle de Napa (carril bici sin automóvil). Su grupo turístico será dirigido por un guía turístico local y experto. El recorrido cubre 16 millas (desde Santa Elena hasta Calistoga, y viceversa) con pausas en el camino para admirar la vista, tomar fotos y aprender sobre la historia de Napa. La ruta es principalmente plana a suavemente rodante. Y no lo olvides : ¡tendrás a tu alcance tres niveles de asistencia al pedal de E-Bike! Al llegar a Calistoga, el punto medio del recorrido, tendrá una hora de tiempo libre para explorar la ciudad o almorzar por su cuenta. O, si desea continuar en bicicleta, su guía turístico puede llevarlo en una extensión de viaje opcional a lo largo de una pintoresca carretera secundaria, sumando 8 millas (24 millas en total por día). Los niños de 12 años o más son bienvenidos a unirse a este tour con un adulto acompañante.

Ninguna visita al Valle de Napa está completa sin una parada en el icónico cartel de "Bienvenido al Valle de Napa". Su grupo turístico hará una pausa aquí para tomar fotos y disfrutar de las vistas de los viñedos.
Parte de la ruta en bicicleta pasa por Bothe-Napa State Park, hogar de las secuoyas costeras más lejanas del interior.
Disfruta de una hora de tiempo libre para explorar la ciudad de Calistoga por tu cuenta. Pasee y explore las tiendas a lo largo de la calle principal o tome el almuerzo o el café. O bien, informe a su guía turístico si desea seguir montando y pueden llevarlo en una extensión opcional de hasta 8 millas. Después de una hora, el grupo se reunirá nuevamente para el paseo en bicicleta de regreso a Charles Krug.

Jordan was excellent in showing us some sites and allowing for flexibility. We finished our “ride” by ourselves once we saw how easy the trail and area were to navigate.

The description on Viator states you travel down a no car allowed road. That is not true. You are on a paved walking/ bike path along the main road. You can save yourself the money and just walk on The paved path through the vineyards. . My tour guide mark gave us NO opportunities to take photos. He made it clear he was an avid bicyclist and runner and he treated this tour as if we were biking in a race to Calistoga. He only talked to and gave attention to one person in the group and he never looked back to check on the rest of us. Worst tour guide I have ever experienced with Viator.

For the benefit of future guests, we'd like to clarify that this tour follows the Napa Valley Vine Trail—a dedicated paved bike and pedestrian path that is separated from vehicle traffic. Fifteen private landowners cooperated with easements to allow for the construction of this path through private vineyards. We're sorry to hear you felt the pace was too fast and that you didn't have enough opportunities for photos. Our guides are instructed to ride at a comfortable pace for the group, regularly check on guests, and make multiple stops along the route for scenic viewpoints, photos, and local interpretation. While experiences and expectations can vary, what you described is not the standard experience we strive to provide. We are two seniors who have never ridden an e-bike before. But we had a very enjoyable 4 hours touring the wine country. Michelle was our guide and was very patient in teaching us, as well as quite knowledgeable. It was actually very easy, and we caught on quickly. The electric assist was great when we came to the hills. We loved being out in nature on a beautiful day, hearing the birds sing, and not having to be concerned about traffic since we were on a private trail. Michele took our picture at various photo stops, including the iconic Napa Valley sign. We had a delightful lunch in the quaint town of Calistoga. We'd highly recommend this tour.

We had such a good time riding e-bike on Napa Vine Trail! E-biking was so easy, I felt like I was in my teens again ;-) Our guide, Don was super nice. We would do this again when we visit Napa next.

Wow! This was an amazing way to explore Napa as a Family.The electric bikes were easy to ride as we enjoyed the valley scenery and went through the wineries . Our guide Don was professional and patient. I am just 4’11” and he was able to find a bike that worked with my height. We visited the charming town of Calistoga to take a break. It was a perfect day .

Mark was great. Gave us an I formative ride from Charles Krug to Calistoga and we got to run around Calistoga for about 1 1/2. Well worth the investment. Biking trail was great and we had a great time. Thanks!
My husband and I did the half day wine trail e-bike tour 2 days ago and we enjoyed it immensely!! If you’re undecided, just do it. You’ll be so glad you did. I was a bit anxious as I’ve never been on an e-bike before and it was absolutely fine. Our guide Don was fabulous!! He was very knowledgeable of the area and super friendly and accommodating. The scenery along the trail is beautiful and it makes the ride so worth it. At the end of our ride we had a delicious picnic and did some wine tasting at Charles Krug winery. It was the perfect end to a great afternoon!
