El tour sale de la terminal del puerto de Messina, el conductor le recogerá en la puerta de su barco. En 45 minutos llegamos a Savoca, famosa por su encantador centro histórico, su ubicación en la ladera ofrece unas vistas impresionantes del mar y las montañas circundantes. Savoca también es conocida por haber sido escenario de algunas escenas de la película 'El Padrino' Entre los lugares de interés destacan la Iglesia de San Nicolò y el famoso Bar Vitelli, donde el personaje de Michael Corleone pidió la mano de Apollonia. Tras una parada de aproximadamente 1 hora, partiremos hacia Taormina, donde podrá detenerse durante 2 horas libres para visitar una de las ciudades más bellas y características de Sicilia. De regreso a Mesina nos detendremos para visitar el Santuario de Cristo Rey y la catedral, famosa por su campanario que contiene el reloj mecánico y astronómico más grande y complejo del mundo. Al final de la excursión le acompañaremos a la puerta de su barco.

Gabriele and Giuseppe were our Guide and driver. They drove us around all day in a very nice air conditioned van with our main stop in Taormina. Stops along the way included the very charming town of Savoca where the godfather was filmed. Gabriele was awesome and told us a lot of great information about the area! Highly recommend this duo for your one day tour of Messina and Taormina!

We did the private tour-the Godfather tour, sights andToramina. The Godfather tour was great and seeing the exact location and bar. Our guide Francesco was playing the movie parts exactly where you are walking and same scenes…Francesco was amazing!! We have booked a lot of private tours and this is one of the Best Ever!!!
