Itinerario
La hora de inicio es a las 8:00 a. m., generalmente frente a la agencia Meet Bosnia Travel en Gazi Husrevbegova 75, pero se puede organizar desde otro lugar, si se solicita. Después de reunirse con su guía y darle a nuestros huéspedes botellas de agua de cortesía, puede comenzar el recorrido. Nos reuniremos en nuestra oficina o en su hotel y el tiempo restante lo dedicaremos a viajar a la siguiente atracción: Konjic.
El Viejo Puente de Piedra, también del período turco, unió las orillas del río Neretva durante siglos, desde 1682. Konjic es una ciudad pequeña y hermosa conocida por el tallado en madera. Pasaremos 30 minutos en Konjic; el tiempo restante es el tiempo de viaje hasta la siguiente atracción.
Blagaj Tekija es un monasterio derviche en las afueras de Mostar, Bosnia, que tiene casi 600 años. Situada en la base de un acantilado, junto al nacimiento del río Buna, se trata de una serie de edificios únicos y pintorescos que lucen incluso mejor en persona que en fotografías. El guía turístico describe 500 años de presencia sufí en los Balcanes y las diferentes órdenes que existen en esta zona. Al lado de la casa sufí hay un precioso manantial del río Buna que te dejará irrespirable. Esta es una de las mayores fuentes de agua potable de Europa. Pasaremos 45 minutos en Konjic; el tiempo restante es el tiempo de viaje hasta la siguiente atracción.
Počitelj es un pueblo histórico y un museo al aire libre en Bosnia y Herzegovina. El pueblo está construido en un anfiteatro kárstico natural a lo largo del río Neretva durante la Edad Media. Pasaremos 20 minutos en Počitelj; el tiempo restante es el tiempo de viaje hasta la siguiente atracción.
La cascada de Kravica, a menudo llamada erróneamente Kravice, es una gran cascada de toba en el río Trebižat, en el corazón kárstico de Herzegovina. Su altura es de unos 25 metros (80 pies) y el radio del lago en la base de la cascada es de 120 metros. Nos quedaremos aquí aproximadamente una hora y existe la opción de nadar bajo la cascada durante los calurosos días de verano. Stari Most (literalmente 'Puente Viejo'), también conocido como Puente de Mostar, es un puente otomano reconstruido en el siglo XVI en la ciudad de Mostar, en Bosnia y Herzegovina, que cruza el río Neretva y conecta las dos partes de la ciudad. El Puente Viejo se mantuvo durante 427 años, hasta que fue destruido el 9 de noviembre de 1993 por las fuerzas paramilitares croatas durante la Guerra entre Croacia y Bosnia. En el río Radobolja, cerca de donde se une con Neretva, cerca del Puente Viejo, se encuentra el Puente Torcido, una versión en miniatura de El Puente Viejo -Stari Most. Construido en 1558, ocho años antes del famoso Puente Viejo, se cree que se construyó como un intento de prueba para la siguiente construcción, más atrevida.

Entrada desde un patio cerrado, esta mezquita de 1618 (reconstruida sustancialmente después de la guerra) tiene una cúpula pintada con motivos botánicos y salpicada por ventanas de vidrio coloreado. Puedes escalar el minarete claustrofóbico para disfrutar de las vistas de la ciudad.

We had a wonderful time travelling with Emin, our tour guide. Although the weather ended up being stormy at Mostar, we still managed to make the most of it with Emin’s guidance, I would recommend this trip to anyone visiting Bosnia.

Vedo is the King of all tour guides! He was the highlight of our trip to Bosnia. We opted for the private family tour and were not disappointed. Great full day tour with multiple points of interest. Lamija was a great tour guide and educated us with some history and also gave recommendations on restaurants and activities along the stops of the tour. The driver and her were also accommodating of diet restrictions. A wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this tour.
I booked the tour one day before departure and the team was very prompt in helping to answer all the questions I had. I started in Sarajevo and was dropped in Mostar (as I requested). The views are great, we are fast paced travellers so the time in each stop felt perfect for us. This way we were able to see a lot in long day. I would like to mention the guide Kristijan (Kris) and the driver Zrno were the highlights of this tou, making sure we were feeling comfortable, had enough water (very hot day), had correct directions. An outstanding day trip with Meet Bosnia. Our guide Elmin took us to the Konjic bridge, the Blagaj Tekke, Plačitej, Kravica Waterfall and finally Mostar — covering an incredible amount in one day while keeping the entire group entertained throughout. He went above and beyond: teaching us how to drink Bosnian coffee properly, recommending local food, and planning the day around the weather so we spent the hotter hours at the waterfall and the cooler part exploring Mostar. Definitely recommend!
Our tour was amazing and we learned so much history we did not know before. It was amazing to see everything we have seen on social media in real life. I think the timings were also perfect, there was just enough time to see everything and not get bored. Chris was an amazing guide, and we felt safe and taken care of - as well as he was very educated on everything, so he taught us so much history!! For us this trip was a 10/10, and we have recommended it to all of our friends that are traveling to Bosnia and Herzegovina, and even told the others to make sure to take a trip down here☺️

It was a pleasure to be on this tour. I truly enjoyed every moment of it. We started from Sarajevo and visited many beautiful places, including Mostar. Our guide, Elmin, was excellent. He shared interesting information about every destination, making the journey both enjoyable and informative. Elmin picked us up from our hotel and dropped us back afterward, which made the whole experience very convenient. What impressed me the most was his kindness and patience. Even when we asked questions about things that weren’t part of the tour, he always took the time to answer them with a smile and genuinely tried to help with our other travel needs. He was professional, friendly, and always made everyone feel comfortable. As a woman, I would also feel completely safe joining one of his tours as a solo traveler, which is something I think is worth mentioning.
