Pao is a great tour guide, very friendly, and welcoming. I felt like I was hiking with a close friend during the experience. The cooking experience and instruction he showed me was very beneficial as I am a chef in my home country and wanted to learn more . We had made a very great hike through the villages around Sapa with their many rice fields. We definitely got a great insight from the culture. Our tour guide was very friendly! also the lunch, combined with the cooking class, was very delicious. Can only recommend:)

Refreshing to experience everyday life in the hills and valleys around Sapa. Local guide Pau, gave us an insight to village and farm life that the locals lead. Would be challenging in wet weather, track would be quite slippery.

This wasn’t just a trekking tour – it was a deep dive into the heart of local life. Dinh led us through breathtaking trails, then welcomed us into his home for a hands-on H’mong cooking session. We didn’t just learn recipes – we shared stories, chopped herbs from the garden, and laughed around the fire like old friends. If you want something real, raw, and warm – this is the tour.

An Unforgettable Day in Sapa 🌿💙 This experience was absolutely magical from start to finish. We spent the day trekking through Sapa —it was beautiful, peaceful, and full of life — but what truly made it special was the time we spent with our host. She was so warm, funny, and welcoming, and spoke incredible English. It was fascinating to hear about her life, culture, and traditions — I even picked up a few words in the local language, which I loved! One of my favourite parts was trying my hand at crushing leaves to make natural indigo dye and learning about the beautiful, intricate process behind their traditional clothing and fabric-making. So much respect for the skill and meaning behind it all. Lunch was another highlight — we helped prepare a delicious meal at a family home, and it was so yummy! We even stopped ant a waterfall with some time to relax and cool down and we had fresh cucumber snacks which was so refreshing. This wasn’t just a tour — it was connection, culture, and joy all in one. A day we will always remember 💛
