Serious organization with competent Francophone guides in particular Jean Félix. We did the 2 d trek - the Cai son market as well as the waterfalls. The stunt program was not identical to the program announced Motorcycles instead of cars Visit of a single waterfall probably due to the increase in fuel but in the end suited us well.
Great experience. Our guide Chai is the best and is so kind
Su is very friendly, we had a great time with Su. We highly recommend OK
Fantastic guide Sue Lee. Top lady, hard worker, smart and sweet. Learned a lot about it. Wonderful experience in a wonderful region.
We did the tour with the lovely Su who showed us the valley and told us about her people. The beautiful view of the rice paddies, the bamboo forest, and the night in the pleasant homestay, all unforgettable.
A great couple of days’ trekking visiting some great sites, local villages, waterfalls, bamboo forests and more. We stayed with a lovely, hospitable local family and had the lovely, knowledgeable Nhu as our guide. She did a great job to provide lots of interesting background and context. She also kept us entertained with her great sense of humour. A great experience all in all and fully recommend it.
Tan and his team welcomed me very well. The hotel is very well located and comfortable rooms with excellent value for money. The breakfast included in the rental is very hearty. Tan offers a high-quality English or French-speaking guide who knows their region and its people perfectly well, with whom I have had the chance to discover the minorities of the North West. Tan also arranged my departure from Sapa to Cat Basel Island and Han La Bay (bus, hotel) and this free of charge. A big thank you, many good memories.
Exceptionnal two day trek to Ta Ta Phin and then Lao Chai : the landscapes were great, the Dao family in the Homestay very nice and above all, our guide Chai was competent, funny and eager to discuss about ethnic minorities, life in Vietnam etc. Great experience !
I had a really nice 2day trek with Nhu. She is very friendly, enthousiastic and speaks English very well. She gladly answers your questions and gives you an idea of how the Vietnamese people live. I booked a group tour, so the first day we were 6 people, but I was the only one that booked 2 days, so I actuallty got a private tour de 2nd day. The room in the homestay was big and dinner was good. Be aware that the paths will be very slippery! We didn't get a cooking class and there is no real communication with the homestay as they don't speak Englisch. And as the first day is together with the 1day tour, the hike actually stops around 15h. Overall I really liked the trek and was very happy with Nhu as a guide.
We had fun time traveling in the nature with our sweet guide Khu. I really recommend this activity if you like hiking. Keep in mind that you need to be physically fit as the road might be slippery. Tip: bring some little clothes that you may need in your small packback if your staying for 1 night, since its hard to get your bigger suitcase with you (they will keep it for you in their office in Sa Pa).
