All customers who are staying at Cap Cana area will have pick-up point in Blue Mall. All customer who are staying at Veron or Fruisa area will have a meeting point designated by us in the get pick up. If you’ll be staying on an Airbnb or a non all-inclusive hotel, you will have to call us for designate a meeting point.

I have a negative experience, one of the stops was trap shopping at a warehouse were the prices are target for Americans, which is expensive & in US dlls. Never mentioned in this website. When we arrived to the port, we waited around 1 1/2 hr to get the boat. We left in a speedboat around 11 am from the shore, which the website describes as a catamaran, apparently you either go or come back in a catamaran. No drinks offer until we stopped at the “POOL” very nice pool. Finally, we get to Saona Island around 1:40 pm, we were the last group to arrived, it was already full & we have to look for available seats. Then, we left the island around 3 pm in Catamaran, we got back to the shore around 5 pm. Long drive back, we got to the hotel around 8 pm. Next time private excursion is better, more money, but the experience will be amazing & convenient. You get what you pay for!
