Disfrute de un tour de un día completo explorando el interior y la costa de la isla de Santiago, la mejor manera de descubrir la cultura, la historia y los paisajes de Cabo Verde. Después de la recogida por la mañana, viaje a São Domingos, Órgãos y Picos para admirar impresionantes montañas. Continúe hasta la ciudad de Assomada para visitar el mercado local y experimentar la vida cotidiana de la isla. Haga una parada en Boa Dentro para ver el árbol más grande y antiguo de Cabo Verde, el Kapok, de 700 años de antigüedad. Visita el Parque Natural de Serra Malagueta para disfrutar de impresionantes vistas desde 1.000 metros sobre el nivel del mar. Diríjase a la ciudad de Tarrafal para explorar el histórico campo de concentración, relájese en la playa de Tarrafal y disfrute del tiempo para nadar y almorzar. Por la tarde, recorra la costa este hasta el pueblo de Rabelados y continúe por Calheta hasta Pedra Badejo para ver la plantación de banano más grande del país. Este tour combina naturaleza, cultura, historia y tiempo de playa para una auténtica experiencia en la Isla Santiago.

Edmilson has been very kind and careful in driving me around the Island stopping any time I asked for. Also some places are not to miss on this day tour: Assomada, Tarrafal, Serra de Malagueta, Rabaledos village and all the glimpes of rural areas and people along the route. Do not forget to take a look at Pico de Antonia silhouette on the way back to Praia when the sun is about to set.

Fabulous day-tour around the island with a dedicated, knowledgeable guide, Eddie. We completed a comprehensive circuit from Praia up to the north, then back south via the western side of the island. Eddie's English is superb and he does all he can to make the tour as interesting and exciting as possible. If you're planning to visit other islands, get in touch with Eddie or his colleagues to get the latest on inter-island travel options as they're hard to figure out from abroad.
