Embárquese en un viaje inolvidable a través de Tskaltubo, el legendario balneario de la era soviética. This is a very unique tour. Lots of tours want to show you the best of the best, and this one shows the remnants of once beautiful, bustling buildings. You're definitely going into ruins that have seen better days- they're dilapetated, they have garbage around, and make sure to watch your step because there's really no safety measures in these buildings. But you have a unique experience to talk about. Bring your closed-toed walking shoes (and probably get a tetanus shot just in case), and be prepared to accept the places as they are. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the sanatoriums as well, but the places also speak for themselves.
If you want an itinerary outside the usual visits, you must not miss this site. The guides will explain the history and details of these buildings once used as sanatoriums and spas. Really interesting.

It has been a pleasure to visit the abandoned sanatorium of Tskaltubo and get a private tour with Giorgi.
