Excellent! The tour begins with a tour of the volcanic site of Geisers de Tatio. It starts very early, before sunrise with temperatures of around -10/-7°C. It's too cold but if you're well choked it's calm! Then we go to a lagoon from where we can observe the volcano Putana that still keeps activity with gas release. We stopped in Machuca, a small village with a pretty little church. To finish, we stop at the Flamingo Lagoon where you can (if you are lucky) see these birds quite close. Our guide Duncan was excellent!
Infinite expanses , the beauty of nature and to understand how small man is. Big thanks to our guide Fransico and his driver Gery 👍🏻🤩 Keep going was an unforgettable experience
Beautiful excursion to the Geiser of Talio and surroundings. A dream sunrise among geysers and a good dip in the hot spring pools. I recommend it and would not hesitate to go again.
The tour operator’s description stated that you would go out with a maximum of 14 people in small vans. So not at TurisTour! With a big bus full of people we went to the Tatio geysers. Once there it was a bit disappointing, many people who appropriated a place in front, not to miss anything. Then breakfast at the bus, just like, first come, first served. On wax! Then to the hot springs, you got half an hour to possibly swim, fine. When we saw all kinds of animals along the way, but with such a large bus you can hardly stop to take pictures, to the displeasure of several passengers. At the town of Mapuche we could get acquainted with the local dishes that the people had made, fine. And so the tour ended. If I did it again, I would go on my own or with a really small group!
First of all we have waited for more than one hour outside in the cold because the bus was late. We had no news, we asked the manager of our hotel to call for us. Then the bus came but the driver was dangerous and drove very fast.. Arriving at destination someone told us than all the people in the bus speak Spanish not English while we had requested an English tour.. So they were not able to do the tour for us. Fortunately one of the guid has his uncle and friend in another company and asked them to take care of us in their English tour. Shame to your company for not having honored your part of the contract.

Our tour guide was great!! One of the best we've had. It is freezing, so wear a lot of layers. Geysers are absolutely beautiful and set in a crater between mountains, but don't expect a large show of activity similar to Yellowstone in the US. Mostly just steam from them. Hot springs are more like luke warm, so not ideal if you visit in the winter. Try the llama at Machuca it's delicious!

The place is great. Strongly recommend go visiting the place.
The local operator was not the best. Is a very cold place and the breakfast was on the cold side.
There were other local operators better prepared.
